Water on shower got stuck very hard to turn and even though I have a handicap placard I was not able to park in the handicap spots because they were blocked off which made it hard on me

The staff at the hotel were lovely. My room was very old and dated. I tried everyday several times a day unsuccessfully to connect to the internet. My tv kept turning off and changing channels on its own.
Maintenance said I had one of the oldest tvs in the hotel. Almost no hot water and the food in the restaurant wasn’t good. Sending back my food several times. I remember living in Dallas when those hotel was built and at the time it was very nice. Sad to see it in such disrepair. The good news is the hotel is under renovation. I hope they return to a great place

The lobby/atrium of the hotel was freezing. The beds were too hard and pillows were awful. After running water in bath. The pipes would make noise like a jack hammer.we were asked if we wanted maid service and we said yes. She never came.

I was in town for the Dallas convention. We did not have hot water for the first two days. We asked them to fix it and they didn’t come! We had to ask again the next day. The water was really cold and it was a poor start to our long day.

The lobbys are lovely and the restaurants are all great. Love the concept of Counteroffer.
Staff all helpful and friendly
Only neg is the sound proofing of the door between lock off rooms. I could hear every word the other room was saying. Luckily they went to bed early. Atrium 10th floor.

We had major issues with water in our room. One day the water was turned off for several hours and the next morning we had no hot water. The staff was very friendly, but overall extremely slow to respond and unhelpful. Parking is extremely costly. The renovated rooms have a motion activated overhead light in the entryway that could not be turned off. Any time someone got up to use the restroom in the night the light came on and stayed on for about 5 minutes. We could not turn this feature off and the staff couldn’t fix it. The TV’s had no streaming capabilities.

For a “luxury” hotel, the Hilton Anatole feels anything but. Parking costs extra, water bottles in the room are $4 each unless you have status, and there’s a $30 daily “amenity” fee that most high-end hotels include in the room rate. On top of that, they place a $150 per night “resort hold” on your credit card — not per stay, per night. It all adds up fast and makes the experience feel cheap and frustrating. The property looks nice, but the endless add-on charges ruin the sense of luxury. You can find much better value (and hospitality) elsewhere in Dallas.

Cheap room for luxury price
Air quality was poor. Room want clean found dirty towels in the bathroom. Drawers wouldn't stay closed on the dresser. The bed felt like it was from the 90s with a topper put on it.

The hotel seemed more interest in satisfying the conventions going on instead of people on vacation.
None of the dining options were open.
There are children in the hot tub and swim up bar.
We were placed in a room with no windows without prior knowledge and switching rooms was very poorly handled due to the staff only accommodating the conventions happening

I suppose I could see why they have a lesser rating then they should however our experience was 5 star. The view is great, the wine and steak was very good! They had some items that are often not found at many restaurants. However, they were out of a wine that we were looking for and we did wait quite some time for the food to come out. Many steakhouses are not worth the exorbitant price but this is!

So many mouth-gasms! The black and blue 8 oz filet is perfection! It's been years since I've had a steak like this. And the bone broth mashed potatoes are the best I've ever had! And when you order asparagus, you get a lot more than 3! Lastly, the view and wait staff can't be beat. High class all around. If money was no object, I'd eat here all the time. PS my hand is there for size comparison. I have big hands: men's large.

The wagyu steak is fantastic, looks small compared to other steaks but very filling. The potato wedges are crispy. Wine is full of flavour. The fish is superb too though it is a steak place.

Went for our anniversary and was treated exceptionally. The staff are friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The steak was perfectly cooked and the desert was exquisite. I would highly recommend this place for a special occasion. There was a couple that had just gotten married and was in her dress. The staff have them the best table in the house and waited on them with the utmost attention. I look forward to coming back in the future.
