The hotel is in need of some Repairs. There’s wall papare hanging and smell of dirty carpets. It was ok for my 3 day stay. The breakfast lady is really nice and helpfull. The room was clean everyday with fresh towels.

The black male staff member at the front desk was extremely rude and showed a clear lack of hospitality. During check-in on January 1st 2026 around 8-9 pm, he asked for our last name. As we are Thai, our names may be difficult for some people to understand. However, he displayed visible irritation and annoyance rather than patience or professionalism.

We tried to be understanding and attempted to show our identification documents to clarify. However, he did not make any effort to look at them and was not attentive. Instead, he responded with a poor attitude, saying, “I can’t see it,” without attempting to assist. We then zoomed in to show only the required information, yet his behavior did not improve. If it had been a late night, we would understand that he might have been through a tough work for whole day and might unintentionally response to us in inappropriate way. However, he did this repeatedly and multiple times. This is his job and he is supposed to be nice to all customers regardless of race, age, gender and social status.

I consider this treatment unacceptable. I do not intend to be offensive, but if an employee is unwilling to accommodate guests or facilitate a standard and routine check-in process which is a basic, routine and minimum requirement of the role then they should reconsider whether this position is suitable for them.

Room was ok. The AC was obnoxiously loud. The beds were fine and cleaning crew was good. The other people staying in rooms were soo loud in hallway. And it was like nonstop. Definently alot of indian folk stay here. Soo maybe thats just thier culture.who knows. I wont be staying again for that reason. I just wanna sleep. The breakfast provided was pathetic. We just went somewhere else for food.

Hotel quite close to the airport. And 40 minutes by train to the center of Dallas.

The room was clean. The service was very nice.

I give it fewer stars because unfortunately there was no hot water. The shower in cold water was not very pleasant.

Ridiculous hotel, the description said there was a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, my family had to pay almost 140 usd because they had 4 suitcases for the Uber/taxi

Ridiculous hotel, false advertising because I always stayed at this chain, it even had a diamond category, I'm going to cross it off the list

This was my first ever experience of having food cooked right front of me. Watching the chef preparing the food itself was a sight to see.
The food was really tasty. We had to wait for a while to get a table as we did not have a reservation earlier. But we enjoyed our time watching the interior. I can't tell about the price because I didn't have to pay, but looking at the menu I could tell it was a little upscale restaurant. And the quality of the food, the atmosphere and the experience was worth the price.
Awesome food! Great interior! Friendly staff! Great crowd!
Loved the experience!

Not the greatest one I been to. The guy that was our host didn't really seem like he wanted to be there maybe cause it looked like he was rushing his routine and kept messing up. I understand it's not always perfect but he was messing up more than normal. No birthday song/or dessert. Forgot my rice and took forever with the bill. To busy talking near the kitchen. Dallas one was way better when went should've went to that one again.

I really love this place for celebrations! The food is amazing and the chefs are very entertaining with their tricks. They also love to joke around with customers which makes things more fun! The vibe is amazing, food and desserts are delicious! It can be pricey, but it's worth it! I highly recommend coming here with your family.

Had dinner with my kids yesterday and it was the worse experience. Took an hour for the chef to come out, the chefs were all illegal immigrants from Mexico and didn't know how to speak English nor were they hibachi chefs. The guy even let the kids sitting at the table grab food from his tray and cook my food (eggs). My 6 year old almost threw up while eating because she was so grossed out. To top it off the bill was $80 for 2 kids meal and 1 rubber shrimp hibachi plate. You should have seen the chicken! I honestly think it was a plastic chicken from Spencer's. My kids couldn't even eat so I packed the food to go and brought it home for my dogs. Worse 2.5 hour dinner experience ever...do not eat here! If the front of the house is managed this was, can you imagine what the kitchen is like? I can guarantee non of the food is kept in proper temperature.

Prepare for disappointment... I've never been to Benihana before this time, however I absolutely love teppenyaki style cuisine and sushi so I know what to expect. Having been to several Mom and Pop shops I always thought that somehow Benihana would be the master source of all the awesome dishes I've tried and sushi I've had. Alas... That is not the case at this location. The three star rating is given for the tremendous effort that the waitress and chef put forth to make the experience fun but unfortunately not what I was hoping for. The front of house had our reservation ready when I arrived and were extremely gracious in allowing me to modify it at the last minute. Unfortunately the amazing effort of the staff was completely overshadowed by an underwhelming menu lacking in variety and food that was lower quality than some hole in the wall places I've been too. Even the sushi tasted like what I read had in hospital cafeterias, if not worse. I'm not putting this review out of spite or because someone made our stay bad, rather I'm hoping that corporate will do something to revamp the menu, add better variety and selection, and improve the overall quality of food.

Otherwise I would say explore the Mom and Pop places near you to find a better more flavorful places.
