Grand Hyatt DFW in Irving

Booked this hotel for my family of 4 and it was amazing! We ordered room service as soon as we got there and the food was ready in 28 min and it was a big spread that we ordered. Was expensive but the quality was great. Even more was the decor and the design for the room amazing mood lighting and that tub was amazing. If I’m in the area again I will definitely get this hotel

Super convenient location inside Terminal D at DFW airport. So easy for late night arrival or early morning flight. Check-in staff were friendly and offered bottled water and snacks, and upgraded us to a runway view room, nice.
Room was clean and spacious, beds were comfortably firm. Decor is the black dominant era Grand Hyatt style. Note that this hotel started renovations in mid July and several floors have been removed from service. Look forward to a more modern update following this.
Bottled water inside the room is complimentary only for higher status World of Hyatt members. Seems a little petty for a Grand Hyatt - it's water not champagne, you can do better Hyatt!

The main draw of this hotel is the location and proximity to the airport. I had to stay here last minute, so the price was exorbitant. The room was incredibly spacious, but a bit dingy. Not a whole lot of lighting, but was comfortable enough for a night before my flight the next day. The breakfast at the hotel is pretty decent, though my room service food wasn’t great, especially for the price.

The room is very big. I missed my connecting flight due to flight delay, so I checked into the hotel. It was very convenient.

Clean and tidy, high-grade. If you know how to take the airport tram loop train, you will feel very convenient, and you won't feel the trouble of tossing between the 5 terminals. Staying in the airport is guaranteed to take the flight, like it 👍

Excellent location if arriving at DFW Terminal D; the inter-terminal shuttle can take up to 30 minutes. Comfortable, well-sized room. Free morning coffee available in the hotel lounge is a nice touch. However, the shower was disappointing – non-adjustable head with limescale buildup and poor water pressure made for an unsatisfactory experience.

Grand Hyatt Hotel has a great location! It is located above the security entrance of Terminal D. After breakfast, you can go downstairs and directly check in your luggage and go through security.
Breakfast is a menu and you can order it. French toast is very good. If you order fruit, there are rich varieties and large quantities.
The Texas Angus steak for dinner is very good.
The gym is on the top floor. Unfortunately, the treadmill is in the middle, and only the bicycle and climbing machine are by the window. The outdoor swimming pool is hot water.
The room is nothing to say. It is much better than the Excelle, which is a little further away from the airport, and Hilton and other hotels in the city. After all, the price is there.
The aunt at the front desk is very enthusiastic. She helped us check in very quickly and gave each person two bottles of water. As well as slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, comb and other toiletries. It is to understand that people who transfer again are in a hurry and very tired.

The hotel is in an excellent location, at the exit of Terminal D. It is a safe and convenient choice for overnight transfers. The service staff is very friendly. If you need some small items, such as toothpaste, eye masks, etc., you can ask the front desk directly. I also saw the beautiful
