a very cozy hotel, with dedicated staff. everything was fine and worked.

It could have been cleaner, the breakfast for me as a European getting used to and a bit overpriced.

During my stay, the mattresses were changed, suggesting that they are very hard-working!

For the next stay I would consider the Sheraton again!

Great location if you are driving and want to be in Seattle but don't want to pay Seattle prices. Lots of parking and an authentic Mexican Restaurant right next to it! WiFi is reliable and works! The staff is friendly and very helpful as well! My only complain is the bathrooms: they feature some barn like sliding door that doesn't even close. I like some old fashion privacy when using the bathroom so I would prefer an actual door that closes, not some barn curtain.

It was a very comfortable stay. The room is a bit small and it is hard to find parking in the parking lot. Otherwise I did like the room and the location is convenient. Would stay again.

Nice hotel in convenient location! The rooms are well furnished with a large, newer TV and a big work desk. The beds and pillows are very comfortable! The Club Lounge is nice and while it doesn't have a massive selection it does offer free breakfast and afternoon hors d'oeuvres which I think is great. The staff here are all friendly and welcoming!

Typical Sheraton. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nothing is extravagant, and the decor is getting dated. Modern TV. Room service is quick and efficient. Good amount of power outlets in the room. Air conditioner rumbles like Victor Frankenstein's electronic lab equipment when the compressor is on. I also would have liked the blackout curtains to block out the edges of the windows. This Sheraton has two good restaurant options available: Azteca and the Bellevue Grill.

Love this hotel! These beds are like sleeping in Heaven!!! It's so hard to get out of bed in the morning, yes, it's that nice!!! While in your room it is so quiet it's like you're at some resort out in the wilderness. You are right downtown Bellevue , close to everything, including the mall. They have two restaurants on the property, the Bellevue Grille and Aztecs Restaurant.

Old style rooms but comfortable none the less. Really wish there was a master light switch. A fairly roomy interior complete with fridge and microwave. Staff is fantastic. Club lounge is still lacking. But breakfast is free in lounge so can't really complain.

Great time at the hotel! Good service, nice room too. Only grievances were the bed had a bit of a problem on one side, 1 of the 3 sheets didn't seem properly cleaned and the TV quality was pretty poor despite being a big screen. These problems didn't stop us from having a nice time though and I'd stay there again! Would be even better if they had a pool, but that's my fault for not looking that up before hand. They did have a very nice fitness room.

I only stayed one night. The staff were very nice and were able to direct me to nice places to dine nearby. Rooms were very nice. Only complaint would be lack of breakfast in the morning.

It's a nice hotel for a Sheraton, just on the backside of Bellevue. We walked to the main strip in 20 minutes, a pleasant stroll, even late are night. The hotel is a bit on the dated side, but the rooms were well appointed, the staff were helpful and friendly. It was a nice place for a weekend away

It's affordable and clean! It has free parking as well. I also learned that the newest addition to the light rail system into Seattle will be right around the corner. I definitely would stay there again.

Got here at 8:35pm with two customers at the bar only - took the guy 5 minutes to come give us a menu and another 5 minutes to bring us water. I get that you're all buddies but serve your other customers. Once I put my coat on and got ready to leave the guy came over and started being more attentive. Do not go here for good customer service unless you're buddies with the servers.

Milton, the bartender, is awesome! An amazing mixologist and an even better conversationalist. I always look forward to seeing him on my regular trips to Seattle.
