Room was nice but tiny. I was in a corner so maybe that was why it was so small. Front desk staff was friendly. Bar and restaurant closes at 8:00. We planned to have drink after coming back from dinner but it was closed. I had a lovely view of the market and location was very good.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent hotel restaurant. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet, even though it is in a busy part of Seattle.

Jesse, the front desk manager was excellent. I mixed up my nights for the stay and he calmly handled it. I very much appreciated it and will return!

How can I describe it? I stayed for three nights and upgraded to a water view room. I was immediately stunned by the beauty of Seattle. Everything exceeded my expectations. I look forward to coming back on my next trip.

The location of the hotel is really great. Pike Place Market is right outside the door and Target is opposite. It's very convenient for shopping. The room facilities are good and hygienic. The only thing is that the view on the second floor is really... just a wall... and the pigeons have been cooing at night, so I can't sleep well.

the hotel was in a perfect location, most tourist attractions were in walking distance.
the staff were really friendly and helpful. we had a room to the back, no view, but it was lovely and quiet and really comfortable. we did not pay for breakfast but each morning there was a selection of pastries/cereal/coffee complimentary so that was a bonus.

I couldn't tell you about the food but this has to be the worst place for a drink in Seattle.. we ordered a old fashion.. not a hard drink to make.. I can say it wasn't only the worst old fashion I've ever had but maybe one of the worst drinks I have ever had. On top of that the service was brutal, not that I would have wanoted another drink but two people in our group had beer and sat with empty beets for almost 20 min..

Seattle has great places to drink and eat.. don't ever waste your time or money here...

Stopped by for a drink and an appetizer before a show and was surprised. The flat bread pizza was actually very good. It had a decent amount of cheese and a slice of avocado on almost every piece. I would actually come back to have the flat bread. It had a little bit of spice (4* out of 10* for me, but I like it hot). Overall, I was genuinely surprised, mostly by the flat bread. The sound and venue was above average for local, small band venues.

The service was great, the food was terrible and the prices were high. I ordered a hamburger, fries and a coke. The fries were good. The hamburger was under-cooked with a lot of pink throughout and the bottom bun was soaking wet. I only ate about 3/4 of the hamburger. Without me saying anything the server recognized I didn't like it and did not charge me for it. So really good customer service is the big redeeming thing about this place. It has a nice atmosphere, I like they play rock music while you are eating. Restaurant was clean.

We are men of other countries. I would stay at the hotel of Seattle for a while and kept a bottle with a friend in Hard Rock Cafe. However, I was told that I took it home with me to the manager of the man though I should keep a bottle commonly! There was not the explanation from waitress. And if money is necessary extra when I bring it in! It was said that I called the police if I complained! We are the weak viewpoints that are the man of other countries! The manager keeps one's wrong viewpoint and I want to make money and am! It is bad Hard Rock Cafe! I never enter!!!!

The bathroom wait downstairs was running past 5 minutes and line growing. Decided to bolt upstairs. I had used the upstairs when we first arrived and i had no idea that I was breaking a rule when a very assertive bouncer stepped in front of me. "Where are you going" in a harsh tone. Bathroom I replied and tried to step past him. He grabbed my upper arm.
What happened to love all serve all? I cannot imagine being touched. I asked him his name. OD with a long beard. "You gotta a problem with that?" I said " never touch me" and asked to speak to a Manager. This experience was horrible.

We were not impressed with the service here. We were seated at a table in a weird spot and when the hostess seated us, she said, “don’t worry...we won’t forget about you here,” which made us feel like we got the worst table in the place. We requested a new table and were moved. The drinks took at least 30 minutes to arrive and the food was just ok. Overall, not an amazing experience. We will not be going back.

Good food, good service. lamb chops is nice, spicy green bean, spicy basil tofu eggplant are also very good.
Weekend evening, this part of town seems very quiet though. Ambiance also seem dull ... food however is pretty good.

Have been here several times before with great food. Last night was the last time we will go there, most disappointing $100 I ever spent. Apps were bland, burnt, cold and rubbery. Mains were underdone and their signature dish of duck was greasy and buns were stodgy. Service was average to poor with little more than a "ok, huh" when we said the food was bad.
Bad end to a great night.
WORST. MEAL. EVER.
03.12.2017 Peter
Delicious food full of flavor and spice you can add if you want it. Service was great. Our server even gave packed us a little extra rice and our favorite spice from the spice rack to go. Very good service, attentive, not annoying.

Since the location is close to my office, this restaurant is a popular place for managers to treat team members. Been here a few times due to that fact or restaurants week where it's a good deal but besides there so many better options for Asian food only a little further in Chinatown that I wouldn't recommend it normally. The inside is really huge with lots of seats, and has a modern Asian style to it. The service is ok but kind of slow. There wide variety of dishes from various countries in Asia, with a modern twist to it. It's fairly authentic in flavor, but nothing amazing and is fairly pricey. Feels that restaurants is catered to the business lunch and tourist crowd.

09.03.2017 Brian
The overall quality of the coffee is bad, the coffee is bitter and the beans are burnt. The service is slow and the cups are 1/3 empty. The cost to quality of product and service is outrageous.
That was my last visit to any and all Starbucks Coffee shops.

I am going to start looking for smaller independent merchants.

Good place to get a caffeine fix. Not too crowded
