I had a great time in this hotel. Every ground staff was kind and friendly.

Good hotel. Not busy like the other major chains.

Location: Absolutely top-notch! The Hilton Seattle is right in the heart of downtown, close to everything you'd want to see and do. You can easily walk to Pike Place Market, shops, restaurants, and theaters.

Rooms: They've recently refurbished the rooms, which makes a big difference. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the city.

Executive Lounge: As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I wasn't able to get my usual complimentary breakfast credit. However, the hotel has a fantastic executive lounge that makes up for it. The breakfast spread was delicious, and while the dinner options weren't quite as extensive, they were still good.

Downsides: The only real downside was the wait times for the elevators. There just aren't enough for the size of the hotel, so be prepared to wait a few minutes, especially during peak hours.

Overall: This is a great hotel for a stay in Seattle. The location can't be beat, the rooms are nice, and the exec lounge is a major perk, especially for Hilton stays in the US (which often lack them). Despite the elevator wait times, I'd absolutely stay here again.

Cons: Digital checkin did not work, probably because the elevators require a physical key card to operate. That seems like a technological disconnect, why offer a digital room key if you can’t get to your room without a keycard? Also, this is the first hotel room that I’ve noticed is missing a pen and paper. Thankfully the lobby staff was able to let me borrow one. The smoke detector had a white beacon that flashed brightly every few seconds, all night long. The bathroom door was not able to be secured, as it was a barn style door without a lock. If you have a room with double beds, you should really have a lock on the bathroom door. Pros: staff was very nice and helpful. The room did not smell moldy and ample towels were provided. The water reached an acceptably hot temperature and provided adequate saturation.

Had a room with view down to the water, on the high floor, room was nice, location is also good, with main attractions being reached quickly, room didn't have a shower, but a bathtub. Elevators turned up to be sometimes a problem, as sometimes it took longer until they arrived and then they stopped at many floors. Had access to the executive lounge, which was nice, particularly during the breakfast and happy hour. Gym was available, but was on the ground floor (while the lobby is on a higher floor) and relatively small.

Cons: unfortunately, our room's AC was broken. Luckily we could open the windows for some cool air, but that also meant hearing the sirens all day and night. The shower head had pretty low water pressure, and that's coming from someone who usually likes to turn shower pressure down.
Pros: The beds and bedding were super comfortable, and the staff was SO helpful. Location is also great being right near some good restaurants, up the street from the light rail, and next to the convention center.

The staff here are very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms on the floor we were on appeared to be recently refreshed and the views are amazing. Breakfast was very good as well. Definitely will be back.

Probably the only annoying thing is that the parking is expensive, but the hotel doesn't own or control the parking garage. So like many other urban areas, it is what it is. It's also a little hard to find the entrance the first time, but it's as simple as pulling into the parking structure on the east side of the building and the elevators inside go right up to the lobby. Even though there aren't signs at the entrance, if you just take a ticket with you to the lobby they will swap it out for a pass that gets you in and out.

This hotel was amazing and I stayed there for three days. They slept on a clean, comfortable bed. Customers will definitely enjoy spending time here. It was amazing food. The conditions were satisfactory.

Expensive and food isn't all that great. But it'll get you by if you're in a rush for a bit of Asian type food

The food is served as a pay-by-weight buffet. It turns out to be a relatively expensive lunch option, but it is very fast.

Lunch time visitors: rice and beans are often undercooked so you get crunchy bites of things that shouldn't be crunchy. Overall the food at this location is "meh" quality at best.

The mall is clean, well lit, and very open. All tthe staff and sales people I have interacted with are very courteous, helpful, and eager to please.

The reason for 3 stars is the restroom. When I used the facilities there was someone washing their hair in the sink. Another person was in the handicap stall smoking something. The the third was fast asleep in one of the stalls.

Went during Figgy Pudding so it was busier than normal. Menu is nice. Lots of variety. Inexpensive happy hour food. Drink menu is extensive but very few decent craft beers. I had the burger-better than average but not great. Son had pepperoni pizza which was excellent. Wife had some chicken spinach pizza which wasn't done and was literally swimming in liquid. Taste was great but was more like pizza soup!

Our go-to pre-theatre dinner spot. They call themselves an Italian restaurant but don't come here expecting basic traditional recipes, I don't even think they serve lasagna. They do have a delicious selection of pizzas, fancy sandwiches, seafood, pasta and steaks. Everything is plated beautifully and tastes great. We consistently receive great service every time. Don't be thrown off by it being in a shopping center, it's a very classy dinner choice without being stuffy or overly formal.

This place has two sections, a fine dinning part and a happy hours section. We love doing happy hours at this place. Plenty of choices, very good ingredient, tasty and prices are very reasonable. Happy hours fan should give this place a go. Go early for the happy hours as it gets crowded by 5pm.

I have been here a few times and I enjoy this place for several reasons. First and foremost its a nice restaurant that I can take my kids to and its located in downtown Seattle. Think Olive Garden but better. The food is good and the location right next to the central shopping area is great. If I am looking for a romantic location with a more intimate feeling I would go somewhere else. When its time to share pasta with family I'll go here since there is no Olive Garden close by.
