Historically we have used the Ace and Kimpton chains. The Thompson Seattle was new experience.
We were not disappointed.
The staff were always enthusiastic and professional. This extends from front desk, to valets, to cleaning staff and to staff working both ground floor and roof top bar.
We felt the design and standard of maintenance of the hotel's rooms and common areas was excellent.
We will defiantly be using the Thomson group again when travelling. Very impressed.

Very poor service. No room service. No coffee in lobby. Only chair in the room was a very uncomfortable desk chair. TV difficult to operate. No place to unpack your suitcase. May be a great place for a one night stay; but very poor for more than one night. Bed was comfortable

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. While in Seattle were the homeless rates are a little high you don’t see many around this area and your right of the pike place market and art museum. Very nice conference room and roof top lounge area, great selection of drinks in the room fridge and incredibly clean rooms, gym and lounge. The people who work here are incredibly nice and helpful.

Had a great stay! Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were great. Could not beat the location. Would definitely stay again. Worth the price.

Tried to get an upgraded room in advance as I was proposing there the said I’d get the best room they had, which ended up not happening and I just got the room I paid for. Staff at the front desk was amazing specifically Michael! The location in the city is amazing and so close to a ton of cool places.
