The hotel was beautiful. The room views were spectacular. The only downside were the pillows were not supportive enough. Made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Didn’t try the food but the stay and neighborhood couldn’t be beat. We had excellent service on the phones in regards to setting up our stay( big shout out to Joe at the front desk and Haily working corporate phone center) they really set myself up for a wonderful birthday treat for my wife. I couldn’t thank them enough. The front desk staff and the valet team were excellent as well. Everyone was charming and sincere with every one of our interactions. It was a true treat and a great memory. We will be back again

The room was a bit small, especially the bed. The room facing the street wasn't well soundproofed; you could hear noises from outside.

The staff was very friendly upon check-in and attentive to all our needs during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located to all the fun stuff downtown and near our cruise ship port we’re having a great time. We’ll definitely be back.

The room was nice. Parking isn't easy, valet only and the punlic parking garage is a couple of blocks away. The front desk was not helpful when I checked in, provided no information about the hotel. The view from the rooftop bar is nice, drinks are good and I would not order the food. We ordered 3 dishes and they were not edible.

This is our 2nd time here. Very clean, modern, quiet with a friendly staff. I got up extremely early due to the time difference and there was coffee ready in the lobby so I didn’t have to go out or disturb my husband. The roof top bar offers great cocktails and small bites. Very short walk to Pike’s Place Market. We love this hotel.

This was quite the experience. I took the opportunity to wonder in, stop, take a moment and inhale all the aromas that a typical coffee shop has to offer and enjoy the unique memorabilia that this store offers. A barista was out stocking up merchandise and took time to answer my questions as well as explain to me what makes the store unique. She also provided me with recommendations on the coffees that one can only get there. I must say that giving in is not so much of a bad thing when you're just standing there, being vulnerable.

How can you rate this less than 5 stars? This is the original Starbucks... complete with the old logo and everything. There is always a long line. I actually left the first time saying to myself that I'll come back. I did, same line. But in true Starbucks fashion, the long moved along swiftly. This is a must visit.

Historically interesting (but they started out in another location down the same street), being the first Starbucks ever. But if you didn't go for a special "First Store" commemorative mug (the one with the mermaid logo with exposed boobs for $12.95, or $19.99 and up on ebay), then you'd be better of service-wise at one of the gazillion other Starbucks stores. It took me 20 minutes to get in, buy my mug, get an espresso and immediately leave the place. Tastes just the same. But cool having seen it, been there.

I couldn't tell you about the food but this has to be the worst place for a drink in Seattle.. we ordered a old fashion.. not a hard drink to make.. I can say it wasn't only the worst old fashion I've ever had but maybe one of the worst drinks I have ever had. On top of that the service was brutal, not that I would have wanoted another drink but two people in our group had beer and sat with empty beets for almost 20 min..

Seattle has great places to drink and eat.. don't ever waste your time or money here...

Stopped by for a drink and an appetizer before a show and was surprised. The flat bread pizza was actually very good. It had a decent amount of cheese and a slice of avocado on almost every piece. I would actually come back to have the flat bread. It had a little bit of spice (4* out of 10* for me, but I like it hot). Overall, I was genuinely surprised, mostly by the flat bread. The sound and venue was above average for local, small band venues.

The service was great, the food was terrible and the prices were high. I ordered a hamburger, fries and a coke. The fries were good. The hamburger was under-cooked with a lot of pink throughout and the bottom bun was soaking wet. I only ate about 3/4 of the hamburger. Without me saying anything the server recognized I didn't like it and did not charge me for it. So really good customer service is the big redeeming thing about this place. It has a nice atmosphere, I like they play rock music while you are eating. Restaurant was clean.

We are men of other countries. I would stay at the hotel of Seattle for a while and kept a bottle with a friend in Hard Rock Cafe. However, I was told that I took it home with me to the manager of the man though I should keep a bottle commonly! There was not the explanation from waitress. And if money is necessary extra when I bring it in! It was said that I called the police if I complained! We are the weak viewpoints that are the man of other countries! The manager keeps one's wrong viewpoint and I want to make money and am! It is bad Hard Rock Cafe! I never enter!!!!

The bathroom wait downstairs was running past 5 minutes and line growing. Decided to bolt upstairs. I had used the upstairs when we first arrived and i had no idea that I was breaking a rule when a very assertive bouncer stepped in front of me. "Where are you going" in a harsh tone. Bathroom I replied and tried to step past him. He grabbed my upper arm.
What happened to love all serve all? I cannot imagine being touched. I asked him his name. OD with a long beard. "You gotta a problem with that?" I said " never touch me" and asked to speak to a Manager. This experience was horrible.
