This is a chain hotel with a certain level of quality. I thought it was great value for money and fantastic. It's a bit old, but the decor has been updated and is actually quite nice. The service is also superb. Highly recommend! (Stayed November 18-19, 2025)

One of the best hotels in Seattle and has all the amenities. Parking is really expensive though at 78 dollars a night feels like highway robbery. They also have a lot of pesky fees so pay careful attention to your bill.

Our stay at the Ballard Inn was very comfortable and clean. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you

Fabulous view! I spent hours looking out my window. Two floors down there is a deck with chairs and tables with fireplaces. I would have gone out but the weather was freezing. Room and bathroom were large and spotless. Friendly front desk staff: Noah, Juliette and Sandra.

I paid $96 for the night and the room was well worth it. Clean comfortable beds and a nice view. You are easily withing walking distance to Pike Market and other attractions. Nice room but the location is just all right as lots of homeless around. The parking fee isn’t reasonable(＄60/day). Generally it was a good hotel for the family trip.
