This is a chain hotel with a certain level of quality. I thought it was great value for money and fantastic. It's a bit old, but the decor has been updated and is actually quite nice. The service is also superb. Highly recommend! (Stayed November 18-19, 2025)

Lovely hotel with big beautiful rooms, stellar location, and very friendly night staff ( coffee in the lobby at 5:00am was a bonus!) Highly recommend.

Room was dated, bed was very uncomfortable and felt old. Bathroom was small and musty. Needs an overall update.

Comfortable beds and quiet room. Happy hour. Ability to get a bike to bike around town. The restaurant downstairs is top.

Not what I expected for the price. It was alright. I have had many more great hotels for the same price. Only caveat was they take dogs!

This place is very cozy and beautiful. Staff are super helpful and accommodating. Location is great; its walkable to everywhere in downtown and major attractions. They also offer valet parking which was quite helpful for us. We highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were rude and unfriendly. $30 surcharge and gave $20 credit back to the hotel was given to people they chose to give it to.

LOVED IT! Had so much fun and the food was delicious. I didn’t even remember to take out my phone to take a picture lol. But I highly recommend it!

Very fun for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend the experience at the hibachi tables but their sushi bar was good too for the area.

If only this place had 10 stars id give it 10. The meal was the best. Such generous helping. Wonderful with kids. Great chefs. I feel like I'm in a dream. Wowee

Less entertainment value than similar restaurants. Even though green tea was shown as part of the dinner, we had to specifically ask for it. 18% gratuity for a party of 4.. Chicken was undercooked. I left dissatisfied. Tokyo Steakhouse at Bellevue is much better. Receptionist and printed photo was awesome. Food and service not so much. Will not visit again.

Lunch time visitors: rice and beans are often undercooked so you get crunchy bites of things that shouldn't be crunchy. Overall the food at this location is "meh" quality at best.
