Kimpton PALLADIAN HOTEL by IHG in Seattle

The place was clean and very nice hotel. The location was fantastic. The restaurant was beautiful and food was great. Felt a little rushed at breakfast one day but the next day the service was great. We paid for our breakfast as it was not included with our stay. The hotel staff was great. The key via mobile app never worked and although it was 4 of us we were only given one key. I over all loved the hotel and would stay there again.

Excellent location. Close to Pikes Market area. We stayed 1 night prior to our cruise. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. We arrived early so they held our luggage while we walked the short distance to Pikes. The room was clean and quiet. They offer breakfast for free in the restaurant. This was a full service restaurant with a great menu. Our waitress was wonderful. We cant recommend this hotel enough. Our only regret is not booking more nights.

The staff was very accommodating and were able to get us into our room ahead of checkin time. Lots of little activities in the hotel put on by the staff such as a free wine happy hour in the lobby.

Good stay
Good stay, close to Pike's Market and walking distance to a lot. Room (standard) was still a bit small. Unique design. Breakfast downstairs at connected restaurant was really good

I love Kimpton hotels. They feel like a personal home, not a corporate environment. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The coffee bar in the lobby in the morning is great

Mixed Experience at a Stylish Hotel

I recently stayed at the Kimpton Palladian Hotel and had a very mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and the decor throughout the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully done. The bathroom in our room was particularly impressive. It was modern, clean, and a highlight of the stay.

The morning staff were kind and professional, which we really appreciated. However, the evening front desk staff were unprofessional. One of them was literally biting their nails while we were trying to get help with a reservation issue. There was a clear lack of customer service, and it felt like we were being brushed off rather than assisted. The room itself, while nicely designed, felt a bit dated and had poor sound insulation — we could hear noise from surrounding rooms pretty clearly.

Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel in a great location, but the quality of service is inconsistent and needs improvement.

Checked in late after a very long travel day and was kindly greeted and helped right away. Everything was clean and bed was very comfortable. Decor is super stylish and well decorated.

Quick walk to Pike Place and lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. There is also a hotel bar and restaurant on site that looked great.

Walls do seem a bit thin, so something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to that.

Great location to Pikes Market. There are a few concerns to keep in mind. The walk back up on Virginia is a steep hill, so be prepared. Going back UP to the hotel will be hard, especially if you are full from all the goodies at the market. The rooms have thin-ish walls. We could hear conversations completely. There is a refrigerator, but NO MICROWAVE. There is no current microwave on the 2nd floor where the ice machine is located. Otherwise, very hospitable staff and parking was $62 a night, but you have in and out privileges, so it is worth it to explore the outer areas of Seattle and surrounding islands. We look forward to staying here the next time we visit.
