Clean room, staff was great. Air would not turn off, very chilly as was only 40 degreeescoutside. They sent soneone and was fixed right away. Also a bit of a chill coming off the window.
Property was in great location, well maintained. Staff was always helpful and cherful.

Very pleasant experience! We were able to check in even though we arrived early, and checking out was very smooth as well. The room was clean and location was perfect.

The location is good, only 200 to 300 meters from the train station and subway station, very convenient. There is a tea restaurant with warm service and a sense of security around the entrance

The room is cold. Even if you set the heating to the highest setting, you won't be able to sleep unless you wear warm clothes.
