We didn’t get time to use all the facilities like the pool but the dining area was well set up with a great choice for breakfast. There was no lift but porters were on hand to carry bags and cases up to rooms

I had a pleasant stay at Konstantin Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a good job, and the hotel overall felt well maintained

The communal areas were spotless and looked absolutely impressive, even with the Marilyn Monroe memorabilia, which added a fun touch of charm. It’s clear this hotel truly has a lot of personality

The pool was a very large plus and the own an adorable puppy that runs around the yard and never barks! The bed took a night to get used to as it was VERY firm, but the hospitality made up it

However, it could be improved by implementing some already quite common and simple measures for more environmentally friendly operations such as allowing to skip daily cleaning/ exchange of towels (which was possible upon request, though) and adding more local products to the buffet breakfast (is importing apples from Azerbaijan and yogurts from Belarus really necessary?)

We were the only guests as it was the low season for tourism. The hotel was extremely well decorated, the room was comfortable and the owner was welcoming.

Good but not special The place is ok (clean, friendly management,etc). However, they never replied to our messages before the stay, bathroom smells (and if you forget the door open, the whole room smells)

Really to say, i think its to expensive for its services. So poor wifi. We book 2 rooms for 60$ each. In one room we couldn't get the shower because of cold water 😂 But, breakfast was good enough.

There is no parking available. There is no elevator; if you are booked into a room on an upper floor, you'll have to walk. The hotel has a pool for relaxing and swimming

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of our holiday through the Uzbekistan Silk Road sites. It’s in a good location on the main road which runs past the main square with the 3 madrasahs (only a short walk away)

There's a good walking path from the hotel to the airport, making it easy to carry suitcases; the journey to the airport entrance takes 11 minutes

Breakfast did not have much variety as the other hotel I was in the day before, but it had a good selection to choose from. They have a swimming pool, but was empty due to the season

Questions about stores and local quinine were answered and directions given accurately and in details. Internet is not always available. I would suggest to improve the Internet connection

We travelled with a group of 44 people and stayed in 3 major cities of Uzbekistan. I must admit that customer service in this hotel was outstanding

I chose the hotel because of the pool and the jacuzzi and they are not in operation, there is nothing nearby, always going to and from any point by taxi, the breakfast was good, varied and abundant, although the next day the same thing was repeated, the room as expected, it is clean and the receptionist is attentive

It's little bit far from main city but still if you get taxi using yandex it's very cheap and if it's good weather u can do some walk nearby tourist spot

We stayed for 2 night here, the room was big and spacious, bathroom also big with decent amenities. The sound was quiet hence we can sleep well, the staff hospitality is top notch, breakfast is fulfilling

The pool is a lovely way of relaxing after a day exploring Samarkand. Plenty of restaurants close by. 20 minute walk to the Registan. Limited English spoken by the staff but but Google translate got round that

The kitchen is limited, if you want something to eat or drink at night, you can buy from nearby markets at day time and eat or drink at the garden or your room. There are refrigerators at the rooms

Towels are changed every two days, which we appreciated. While the bathroom amenities are minimal (not a lot of shampoo), it wasn’t an issue for us since we always travel with our own

It offers a very individualized treat because rooms are very limited in number! Kind personnel, nice and big rooms, nice breakfast and silent! Only thing to improve is the wifi conexion (a bit slow)
