The room was good and had sufficient facilities, but it was facing a busy road, It had an impressive high ceiling. Hotel staffs were friendly. Breakfast did not have much variety as the other hotel I was in the day before, but it had a good selection to choose from. They have a swimming pool, but was empty due to the season. (a little hot during daytime but cold in the morning and night)

We travelled with a group of 44 people and stayed in 3 major cities of Uzbekistan. I must admit that customer service in this hotel was outstanding. I had few problems and all was solved the most efficient and pleasant way. Proper coffee served for breakfast by very friendly staff. Ironing service provided. Swimming pool is available. Questions about stores and local quinine were answered and directions given accurately and in details. Only one big minus. Internet is not always available. I would suggest to improve the Internet connection.

Perfect location for our needs, a 10 min walk to the Veterinary Faculty. My room was comfortable but cold, the internet was very bad :-( The staff is very nice, ready to help.

Room for foreigners is double price. 👎🏻
Room is very cold. Air conditioner is not making the room warm. The heating system of room is not working. I have kids and I have to keep them warm in this cold weather. But I’m disappointed!

Rooms of extension are nice but small. Breakfast poor. Wifi present but not working. Staff very nice. In the internal side you will enjoy a rooster which starts singing at 5:00 o'clock
