Would rate 5, but room temperature is controlled only from reception. Moreover, rooms cannot be controlled separately, so you have to suffer from neighbour's preferences

Furtermore, shower pot is broken and waters flows from sides. Teapot also didn't work in my room

The pool, however, was not working, and we were there on the 17th-18th of May

We stayed there yesterday as a group. Everything is clean without any "surprises". The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and wardrobe. The Internet is stable and fast

I had a great time. Wi-Fi is available for free, close to the highway. There is a kitchen, the attitude of the workers is good, the service is exemplary👍👍👍😀😀😀.

Big size rooms . For this price this in best option. I got for 1 person per day 14 usd only. Big room with large bed

The hotel itself is quiet, except for one of the disadvantages of its location - a busy highway. If your room faces the road, be prepared to hear the noise of cars passing by. The staff was polite and kind, no negativity

On the nuances - upon arrival, the bathroom smelled very strongly of bleach, the air conditioning did not work. Also, grocery stores are not close here; you need to walk to them for about 15-20 minutes

The restaurant offers excellent cuisine and a cozy atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive. The dishes were delicious and well prepared. I recommend trying their specialties.

Very comfortable, all the conditions are excellent, there is nothing like this on earth, thank you very much, I was delighted, believe me, you will not regret it at all!!!

The hotel is one of the best apartment for both guests who visit from overseas and any part of Uzbekistan to Samarkand. As you come, you will feel in national touristic attraction, decorating perfect

Have stayed here for about two weeks and found the experience quite enjoyable. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was filling and included fresh fruit, cheeses, meats, and several hot dishes

The location is great for walking to numerous historic sites or Samarkand State University, or to many dining establishments. Would definitely stay here again

English is spoken enough, breakfast is great, and it is all low stress

When a friendly staff member of Amina crossed us on the street and showed us the way to Amina hotel. The WiFi is not always very good in every room but the breakfast is very tasty and the beds are nice

If your roommates were friendly, you could even gather around the table! The hosts were a whole other story; we truly felt like we weren't in a hotel, but rather with close relatives

I just experienced the best breakfast spread of my life! Beyond the food, the host’s warmth and hospitality made me feel completely at home, even in a faraway place.

Even though the owner took the money, he claimed it’s not about money and told the other guests to “complain” to me. Overall, a decent option for a brief stay, just stay out of the conflicts with staff

The staff assisted me in ordering food and delivering it to my suite at night. Breakfast also was nice! The first issue was low water pressure in the shower, and one night there was no hot water

It had everything needed inside, including a good conditioning system. The guesthouse charged a fair price (about $30) for my two-night stay, and they kept the bathroom clean

The fortunate positioning of this guesthouse near the Gur-e-Amir mausoleum and town center is noteworthy. My room was comfortable and looked exactly like the photo

It’s about a 7–10 minute walk to Registan Square depending on how fast you walk, and it’s right along the main road. That makes it super convenient for taxi drop-offs (no navigating tiny alleys)

The breakfast was simple and delicious. The location of hotel is ideal, just a short walk to the iconing Registan Square, and there are plenty of eateries around offering traditional local food

Unfortunately, we only stayed for 2 nights—3 nights would have been perfect to fully explore the historic sites of Samarkand. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area

Surprise! The rooms and facilities actually look like they do in the pictures. The hotel is practically new and has been open for a month. The family that operate and own it has put a lot of love into the interior

They have a rooftop with a nice view, and a shady garden. It’s dusty though, and the rooms are a bit tiny, but if you stay there a couple of days it shouldn’t be a problem. Wi-Fi was good in room N11 on the second floor

The location was excellent and Mr. Furkat went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The accommodation is perfectly situated, with all the main sights of Samarkand just around the corner

It’s a dreamy place full of old stuff: wooden crafted doors, furniture, carpets, and other things. The breakfast is migrating from place to place, every time it’s different

Our room was very spacious and incredibly beautifully decorated. The courtyard with its seating area and pool was also lovely. However, what we will remember most is the host's hospitality and helpfulness

I don't know why there are negative comments here. I arrived a few hours ago with my boyfriend and his parents and I'm enjoying a really large room with a hot shower, a well-divided bathroom that's practically brand new

We had a very pleasant stay at Shahnoza Grand. The location is very central which allowed us to pop in and out as needed. The room was comfortable and cozy, it is what you would expect for such affordable accommodation

I just want to clear out that this is not a hotel but a guesthouse. It’s more like a luxury hostel than a hotel. It advertises a spa and sauna but we didn’t see either

There is no reception and the staff/ kids come to your door to ask for payment or anything they might need at random times including evening hours and they came twice at very inappropriate timings (if you catch my drift!) at like 12am! Our room was big, clean and with an en-suite bathroom and we were very happy with it! No complaints whatsoever about the service we got as all we wanted was to have a private bathroom and a big bed to sleep together with my partner as this was not a given since most rooms have single beds and share a bathroom

The breakfast was served too early for us but the lady did mention that she was preparing it for us and she was bummed that we didn’t show up which was lovely of her but a 8-10am wake up on our holiday was too early for us

We thank her anyways! The place is clean, nicely laid out, homely and has nice common areas for hanging out both indoors and outside which is nice if you are travelling in a group

Not only, we had a problem with train tickets (we had booked the wrong one) they accompanied us to the station and helped us to get a new one. Top hotel manager! The kindest people we ever met in hotel business

Centrally located, the hotel offers clean rooms and a cozy atmosphere, along with a charming breakfast. The interior garden and common areas make you feel as though you’ve stepped into an Uzbek home.

We stayed a night in this beautiful BB while visiting Samarkand. The inside courtyard is with a very peaceful and wonderful garden. The BB is also few steps away from the Registan square

A great location close to many of the cities main tourist attractions. The staff are all friendly and wonderful, many of them speak enough English so we can communicate easily

I would certainly recommend this guest house (not to be confused with the hotel with a similar name just down the street) if you are staying in Samarkand

We stayed a few nights in two separate rooms, as we took a trip out of Samarkand. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. Few biscuits, tea and coffee throughout the day

The first room we stayed in had a great tiled bathroom, air con and firm beds. For our best stay, the beds were a bit too cushiony, there was no air con and the bathroom had a cheap plastic ‘box’ as a shower

Still perfectly good, but I think there is a lot of variation in the rooms!

It was a mixed experience of both, like room was big and not cozy, washroom was there but not everyday room service, furniture was old, a Little bit problem with door lock and flash also

But the management was good also the service was enough. Breakfast at hotel also very good delicious and healthy. With a touch of local and continental meal mix-up

Al though the location was good and near to Registan Point, Neat and clean environment
