Stayed here for 2 nights as part of our holiday through the Uzbekistan Silk Road sites. It’s in a good location on the main road which runs past the main square with the 3 madrasahs (only a short walk away). There are shops nearby for snacks and drinks.
The rooms are large so plenty of room. Our room was the nearest to reception and had damp on one of walls and quite a large patch of wallpaper had been ripped off so it didn’t look great. Bathroom and shower was fine.
Breakfast is in a large dining room and was a good selection of hot and cold items.
During the summer months they have an outdoor pool open in the gardens on the front of the hotel but it was closed for us.

Stayed here two nights as part of a group tour. Both nights there were loud dinner parties going on directly below our windows in the courtyard, which we later found out were the manager's own birthday party. We're talking ear-splitting music, speeches via microphone, a band, and karaoke, up until nearly midnight. Then the revelers continued on being loud in the hallways. When our guide politely asked the manager to keep it down, reminding him that he in fact owns a HOTEL, it was clear he didn't really care. He's in the wrong business if he thinks he can run a hotel like a concert hall, and treat the needs of his paying guests last. Please do not reward him for his adolescent, selfish behavior, and stay elsewhere.

Best feature was the outside pool, needed when the temperature is so high. No lift, our room was on the 3rd floor. Large room, clean but much of the space wasted. Very small TV but no English channels, able to use the Internet, free. Close to the main attractions and lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was poor, little choice, quality poor, instant coffee despite a machine in the room. On the second day, they didn't bother to set the table. Wouldn't rush back!!

One of the best hotels in the city, right next to Registan square. Worth its price. Very hospitable staff. Beautiful and authentic design.

The hotel is located in a central area of Samarkand, within walking distance of everything worth seeing. The double rooms are spacious and clean. My room was very quiet. The bathroom is also spacious and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful. There is no parking available. There is no elevator; if you are booked into a room on an upper floor, you'll have to walk. The hotel has a pool for relaxing and swimming.

They provided a room in which the air conditioning did not work. It was over 30 degrees outside. They could not solve the problem for several hours, or rather they did not even try. In the end, they were only able to move us to a room of the worst category, without a balcony and without a refrigerator. As a result, in the room that they provided us, there was no crossbar, no hangers, no water, no glasses, no toilet paper, no hair dryer in the closet. The staff managed to find some of this somewhere, but something was still missing. The windows were dirty, the curtain was hanging crookedly on one bracket.

Stayed for 2N in this beautiful hotel very well located to all the attractions in samarkand. Room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and had a nice array of local dishes too. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Supermarkets and ATM and Registan are all nearby. Would highly recommend this hotel.
