This is a beautiful guesthouse with lovely hosts. It is sheltered from the road, so it was very silent at night. The house has inner courtyard with a trestle bed, grapes and fruit trees. Sadly, we couldn't use it at the time because it was cold. The room is very spacious and modern, along with the bathroom and with an oriental twist. The homemade breakfast is very tasty and fresh. This is by far the best place we stayed in Uzbekistan and I would gladly come back again.

A lovely guest house with new, spacious and clean room. Probably the most value-for-money among all the accommodations we have stayed during our trip in Uzbek.
The host/owner was very kind and helped us to arrange minivan and tour guide on short notice. When there was an issue with the guide, he helped us to resolve the issue properly without us even asking.
Breakfast was homemade everyday and very fresh. We asked for breakfast to be packed on our last day as we needed to leave early, and it was done thoughtfully, taking into account what my parents ate during breakfast in previous days.

Booked directly through the owner through what app for 2 rooms , when we arrived there’s a glitch , one of the room need to change the next day as owner forgot my booking . 1st night stayed at 3 pax room with 3 beds but be careful of the steps at the toilet there , it’s quite dangerous there , nearly fell due to the double steps at the toilet door . Breakfast was good , need to request for early breakfast as we need to go out early for sightseeing . Host wife attended us as host was not around

Easily the best place we stayed in Uzbekistan. Run by a lovely family. The son speaks English fluently. Our room was very spacious as were the bathroom. Great breakfast. Effective AC. It is sheltered from the road, so it was very silent at night. There's a big shaded courtyard where you can relax.

Amazing place. The owners are very friendly. The rooms are very clean and big. Breakfast included to the service and you can try delicious local homemade food.
During breakfast you can meet another guests, make a connection and share your experience.
I am planning come back to this place again during my next trip to Samarkand!

Really amazing place. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast is taken either outside or inside on a shared table with other guests. Very good breakfast with everything you need. The family running this place is extremely welcoming and always available for anything you might need.
If you dont mind walking a bit, the location is good, as it is easily walkable to the town center (15 minutes or so) and close to restaurants and cafes.
I would definitely stay there again!

Excellent family guest house. Friendly hosts, always ready to help. Is breakfast included. There are tables and benches in the yard, you can sit, drink wine and eat fruit. Modern renovation, very clean. Super

Great place for a family with children. Very cozy patio with trestle bed and grapes, beautiful spacious room with very high ceilings, delicious breakfasts, all products are very fresh. The nearest ATM where you can withdraw local currency soums from Mir cards is 5-7 minutes. It is about 25-30 minutes walk to Registan Square through a park with fountains and cozy cafes (this is if you have children, and without children 15-20 minutes of a relaxing walk).
But the most important thing is not this, but very responsive, attentive, but at the same time restrained in emotions (like almost all Uzbeks) hosts. No one is ever imposed, but they will always help. Everyone speaks fluent Russian and answers questions via WhatsApp.
