New hotel with very cool spa center. I want to admit presence of brush for footwear (and it was not a plastic sponge, but wooden brush👏👏) and umbrella on reception: it was life saviour for us in rainy days in Samarkand. I also appreciate water refill station for my reusable water bottle (on -1 floor). Spa center also use sustainable options: big bottles of shampoo, reusable blankets for massage: this is very cool, that hotel care about reducing waste. Breakfasts were good, but not big variety of choices for vegan. Very good service and only positive feedback to personal of the hotel! I also liked the quality of beds: I had really great rest in this hotel.

A very pleasant place to stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. Nice seating areas in the inner courtyard to enjoy the complimentary tea. Very close to the main sights. It is advisable to arrange a transfer from the station via the hotel to avoid getting ripped off by the taxi drivers. Note that payment is cash only.

I’m from Australia I was one night in this hotel
But the next the manager said you check out and he did not told me this hotel already booked for the next day.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable room (although mattress was getting soft and curtains are needed on the door). Good air conditioning. Plentiful breakfast. Close to the historic attractions, but some distance from the restaurant areas, post office etc.

We had a very pleasant stay in this hotel.
We were welcomed with tea and local treats.
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Nice atmosphere in the hotel.
Around the hotel plenty of restaurants and shops.
Breakfast buffet was OK.

Helpful staff who can speak English. Clean and spotless room and bathroom. Quiet place outside hostel hubs where you can avoid Lonely Planet travellers. Very good value for money like one of the cheapest in Samarkand with short walking distance to Registan. Breakfast included. Functioning air-conditioning. So glad that I booked here to save budget while enjoying my stay
