Hotel is good to all 5 stars, ressepcionist girl Darya and Ulugbek who work at night very cute persons. The fix my transfer, food, work problems for a few minutes. Good hotel, recommend you all to visit Rayyan.

The lobby and interior of the facilities are sophisticated, clean, and modern. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I also ordered room service. The breakfast area is on the 6th floor, and the view was beautiful!

There's a fantastic restaurant on the 6th floor with a great view of the city. There's a hammam and a pool, but we didn't have time to try them out. And most importantly, the hotel team is fantastic

It's located in a quiet, upscale residential area, so it's very peaceful. There's a small shop about a 5-minute walk away where I went to buy drinks. com chat because I might be late, and they replied immediately

The air conditioning was silent, the Wi-Fi was great, the beds were wonderful, and the linens were spotlessly clean. Overall, everything was a delight, and the care for guests was evident throughout

I had to leave before breakfast started on my second day, and they even packed a breakfast for me. There's a supermarket, a restaurant, and a liquor store downstairs from the hotel restaurant, so it's quite convenient

The room is nice and spacious with a clean bathroom and a small balcony also, the breakfast was also included and was good and satisfactory, there is also an indian restaurant in the ground floor, the location is also nice with bus stop very near to this hotel and also,the nearest metrol is also walkable from this hotel

Just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, this standalone building was easy to find. My second-floor room had a terrace with a nice street view. The staff were all very friendly

My group of 22 Indonesian travellers stayed here and all of them liked this hotel so much. The staff is very friendly and kind. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable

The staff were very kind. They have kindly helped us find a transportation from Tashkent to Samarkand. Furthermore, they made a free lunch for us during the travel!

We stayed with a tour during our visit to Uzbekistan. The attention of the cleaning staff was very good. There is also a restaurant at the entrance

The only thing is if you want a quiet room, please ask them to give you rooms not from the 4th floor because the 5th floor is restaurant

However, I was surprised by the nasty personality of one of the front desk staff, who was with a child. While tissues were provided in the room, they were as hard as paper towels

The staff were very helpful, there is a takeaway breakfast for anyone leaving an early morning flight before the restaurant opens. They stored some of our luggage as we completed the Bukhara, Samarkand legs of the tour

Fantastic, modern, city centre hotel with spacious, well-appointed rooms. My room was huge with it's own bathroom and air conditioning. Great breakfast with fantastic choice and a basement spa available too

Rooms are spacious with good facilities and the Hotel is very convenient for the City, only 50 or so metres from the Kosmonaut Metro with its wonderful interior

The last stage of a tour of Central Asia , we stayed two sets of two nights here and enjoyed the Hotel

A nice relaxed place, with spacious rooms and excellent bathrooms. There is a nice pool and sauna and the staff are friendly, helpful and kind. I had a great stay.

But it could be better if they change the menu every other day. There's a free use of sauna and pool until 9pm

It's not so close to the tourists spot but a 15 mins or 20 mins walk wasnt a problem for us ( nature of our work). So it was walking distance to Seoul mun, Magic city, Dostlyk bogi

All was good, the staff and the decoration of the rooms are excellent, looks like the same with hotel we stayed in Istambul Turkey, nearby there is Askiya bazaar but it's not such crowded as to compare to Charsuu Bazaar, it has as swimming pool and steam

We stayed at this hotel on a Tripster "Golden Quartet" tour. The breakfast was average, the bed was comfortable. The quality of sleep was disappointing, marred by the humming air conditioner coming from the pool area

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Clean, comfortable, the rooms are brand new, there's a pool (cold), and a good sauna. My complaint is about the reservation, or more specifically, the ability to change it

We were impressed by the room provided to us, quite spacious and actually meant for 3 people. The bath+toilet was fantastic - we were provided with ample towels and toiletries

Hon Soray means "The Khan's Palace" and the decorations are elaborate, fit for an old school eastern monarch! In my room there was no table to set up a computer, but there was a treasure chest covered in embroidered matresses

The hotel agreed to store our luggage for a few hours, something which we had requested earlier. The WiFi was one of the best we used during our Uzbekistan trip. The hotel also provided an airport pick-up service for $5

In my opinion, This hotel actually beats all the negative reviews. It is quiet far from the city center but not too far from the airport. I stayed here for my last night in Uzbekistan and I am very satisfied

Brand new hotel with beautiful, modern, spacious swimming pool. Inside pool area there is a very large screen where you can watch football and other sports games while swimming with friends

We reached Tashkent after a 7 hr flight quite late in the evening, smooth immigration at the airport & checked in the hotel. After freshen up we walked to Parvoz Restaurant for a great dinner.

The locations kinda wack but the rooms are like rlly good and all of the staff are rlly nice. The breakfast is good for an inn and theres also a pool 🔛🔝

Actually, when I first arrived, they didn’t have my booked room available, because someone else overstayed

While i had to wait 20-30 minutes until they cleaned the room, i think it’s still a nice sign that people wanna stay more. No public transport around, but taxis are affordable

On the bright side, breakfast was well-prepared with a good variety, which was very satisfying. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful

A few minor repairs would improve things: the bathroom light switch kept falling off, the toilet seat was detached, and the toilet itself was not securely attached to the floor

Well done on Sarvinovz being a great manager. She seamed to be the heart for the place. All the staff members are great and they nailed the first impression matter. They even accommodated late night check in

The market was about 20 minutes away, and I only had yen on hand. I think the exchange rate at the bank about 5 minutes away was 80 yen. At around 14:00, we were given free lunch

There was a street view on the third floor, and the sound was not noticeable if you close the window. More than anything, it was nice to be able to see the sunrise

Working in a room will be problematic due to the lack of a full-fledged table. Wi-Fi is present, the quality is the same as in Uzbekistan, each floor has its own router with a single password

Absolute favorite getaway.. Loved the snowy season.. Perfect winter season. Burchmulla resort is perfect for families with kids.. And for couples looking for a honeymoon getaway.. Good food, hospitable staff.

The restaurant menu is still small, but the presentation of the dishes is interesting and the taste is a solid five. The hotel as a whole leaves a very pleasant impression. We will definitely come again

Nice hotel with beautiful and comfortable villas. I was pleasantly surprised by the landscape design. The area is well maintained with a sufficient number of trees. Delicious and varied breakfast

The only, but very important drawback is the smell from the carpets in the kitchen and living room. In our opinion, a carpet in the kitchen is unnecessary, given the presence of a heated floor

Nice hotel close to the airport. The swimming pool (with separated men-women timetables) is really nice. The only thing is the exchange rate they apply on the payment. Be careful with it.

The toilets by the gym/pool were filthy (there was also no soap by the toilets)

A few examples (there were lots) include; room doors opening outwards rather than inwards, splashes of paint left on the floor, hallway carpets not fitted properly and rising, the drain in our room had been cut so badly it was comical to see The hotel needs to have higher standards with the workmen as it will impact customer perception

Taking fresh egg orders would be an improvement and having more western breakfast dishes would be appreciated. The gym is good but needs one more bench for free weights and more weight plates

Cons: The AC machine in our room was far too small for the room meaning we were always so hot. Our room overlooked some bins and had no view. The breakfast was so bad by western standards

Positives: free airport pick up, staff were polite and tried to help when asked. The location is good being 15-20 min car drive from the centre. The gym is also large and modern
