As the name suggests this is well located in the centre of the capital and has the trappings of a good business hotel. Sadly the little details are missing. There were a lack of pillows and tv remote in the room and breakfast was pretty uninspiring.

The last stage of a tour of Central Asia , we stayed two sets of two nights here and enjoyed the Hotel. Rooms are spacious with good facilities and the Hotel is very convenient for the City, only 50 or so metres from the Kosmonaut Metro with its wonderful interior. The staff were very helpful, there is a takeaway breakfast for anyone leaving an early morning flight before the restaurant opens. They stored some of our luggage as we completed the Bukhara, Samarkand legs of the tour. A good breakfast too and a decent pool.

Fantastic, modern, city centre hotel with spacious, well-appointed rooms. My room was huge with it's own bathroom and air conditioning. Great breakfast with fantastic choice and a basement spa available too. Everything in Tashkent is a short walk away and the city is green, pleasant, modern and safe.

The hotel is just one minute from the subway station, making it easy to explore Tashkent. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The milk porridge at breakfast is delicious. However, I was surprised by the nasty personality of one of the front desk staff, who was with a child. She frowned. It was intimidating... While tissues were provided in the room, they were as hard as paper towels. Non-woven slippers and toothbrushes were provided. Water seeped onto the floor from the shower booth door. Perhaps that's why there were two bath mats. The hotel entrance, front desk, and rooms all had poor lighting, which made it somewhat intimidating. Even the grumpy staff were more likely to smile back if you showed them a typical Japanese smile.

Shower not working, uncooperative staff, avoid this hotel if possible. Location is ok but not worth putting up with staff and generally mediocre service. If you unfortunately find yourself at this hotel check the room before accepting it.

Continuous and unprofessional failures in service (uncleaned room, lack of lights, worn carpet with stains in the hallways, mediocre breakfast with no natural juices, reception with no answers to questions about the city), in short, they are not prepared for international tourism.

Room was very large and well appointed and clean. Some condensation issues on the windows though.

The senior staff member at reception was exceptional, and helpful across many aspects of my stay. Breakfast selection was not great compared to 2 other hotels I'd stayed at in Tashkent. Dining option outside, proximity to a park, playground, the metro and bakeries excellent.

A small suggestion, it was not obvious how to get to the hotel by taxi - signage might be helpful as the hotel reception faces the main street and walking path.

Central location
Lovely hotel in a central location. Easy access to the city, with a Metro station just outside the door. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful.
