Very bad stars, not worth it, dirty, clean, bad, expensive

I needed a hotel near the National University, so I turned there. But honestly, I wouldn't choose it myself.
There are no chairs, a wardrobe, a table in the room, only a TV, a refrigerator and a kettle. With a fight, she knocked out two chairs, because there was nowhere to hang clothes. You can either sit on the bed or on the floor. The room is huge, the ceilings are 5 meters, while there is nothing there except for the bed. Towels are given one at a time, for everything. And, there is also air conditioning, but it’s impossible to regulate the temperature, +24 tightly. At the same time, in the lobby, the air conditioner blows comfortable in the 37-degree heat +19. But so that the guests do not crowd in a cool and chic lobby, there is nothing to sit on. At all. Of course, you can sit on the floor, but huge mirrors will reflect your unaesthetic posture from all angles. So sit on the floor where the COCKROACHES run around in your stuffy room. Although there is a kettle in the room, we were not allowed to eat in the room, so there are no chairs.
You need to go down to the basement, to the dining room. There is a microwave, a kettle, various utensils, but no teaspoons. The sink for washing dishes is 30 cm in size, I can’t imagine how you can wash the dishes normally there. In the kitchen, you can host yourself. Which is what we did. But the general state of uncleanliness (sticky tables, oil residue on the stove and cooking area) turned us away from going to the kitchen completely. So we warmed the tea ourselves in the room, since the kettle was put there.
The bathroom is huge, two meters from the toilet to the corner bath. But there is no toilet paper, there is a hygienic shower; extremely unfortunate arrangement of light: it is difficult to paint and shave, the shadows fall on the face in such a way that it is completely dark. The shower is running, it feels like it's about to break the taps. But there is an ordinary faucet, a shower, and an overhead one, a la rain. There are cockroaches running around the toilet. Because there are no hangers, chairs in the room, it is unrealistic to dry one single towel for everything. The floor is a bit uncomfortable, slippery. It's dangerous to go out.
There is a well-groomed courtyard, but apart from the flower beds and the base of the fountain, there is nothing there, so it is impossible to appreciate the fragrance of roses. Around the corner there is a playground, and there are benches in the gazebo. So if you want to sit near the hotel, then go there.
The staff almost does not speak Russian, which makes communication difficult. Rooms are cheaper than in Kazakhstan, but our service is better.
In general, service in Uzbekistan is a separate story.
