Novza Palace Hotel in Tashkent

If you can avoid to stay in this hotel I am strongly recommend you to do so.
Terrible service at restaurant by super lazy boy, who is not even able to greet you upon arrival to restaurant, who's face expressing all his execration to the guests following with rude answer for BASIC request to have a simple eggs and following by lazy staff at the kitchen.

Terrible staff and service. If you ask to change the room you are required to pay extra. And exactly as much as your room costs))))) PPC, I lived so much abroad in hotels and in Tashkent too, but nowhere did they ask for additional payment for room change🤷‍♀️ tv and phone does not work.
When you call the reception for the 5th time and ask to send the master, they laugh and tell you that they either forgot about your problem, or they just heard about your problem ... if you want to solve it with more adequate employees (for example, with a manager ) they say that it doesn’t exist🤦‍♀️ it’s probably boring for them there at the front office they like to make fun of the guests….
