The hotel is located in a quiet area; we reached the city center by taxi/metro. The room was clean and comfortable.
The only thing I would have liked was more hangers in the room.

Everything was great. The room was very large and had everything you need. The bathroom was clean, with no signs of rust, mold, or anything like that. The breakfast was varied, as is typical (pancakes, porridge, sandwiches). The only downside is that the address is incorrect. We arrived at night and wasted time. Locals helped us and drove us to the hotel.

It's good value for money; it has basic amenities like toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The only downside is the lack of an elevator, but it only has two floors, so climbing the stairs isn't tiring. The staff speaks fluent English.

My mom recently stayed at the hotel and absolutely loved it! The hotel was very nice, and the staff was amazing. They provided an incredible welcome, meeting her at the airport and helping with her bags. During her stay, the room was cleaned daily, and she enjoyed a nice breakfast and water daily. The host went above and beyond to make her feel welcome in the city. It was great to have air conditioning because of the hot July weather. With its convenient location, my mom enjoyed her trip. I'm so thankful to the staff and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

We went to Tashkent on business and chose the hotel based on the advice of our colleagues. It was a great hotel, the receptionists were very helpful, especially Kamil. The breakfasts were also good, though there was room for improvement, but overall they were filling and delicious. The location was perfect for our work.

The hotel is conveniently located on a quiet street close to the city center. It's very clean, everything is new and beautiful. Breakfasts are excellent, and the staff is helpful. There are renovations going on in the building next door, but this didn't spoil my stay, as the hotel itself is spotless.

Pros - large bedroom & separate sitting room with sofa cum bed. Large bathroom. Location - 2km drive from Registan. Cons - breakfast standard need improvement. Items are not replenished if you come in around 9.30am. No help or concierge to carry luggage up to the 2nd floor. Doesn't give a feeling of cleanliness. Towel thrown for washing on the floor was kept back on the shower recess for re use. One needs to be watchful about these aspects. Better to opt for room only basis if one stays here as there are plenty of small grocery & take away shops & other hotels within walking distance . Location - convenient for availing the metro ( about a 1.5km walk & 3mins taxi ride)

The hotel is well located and close to main avenues, however, because it's on a small side street, there's no noise or many passing cars, which is nice. The staff is friendly. They don't accept card payments, so you should come prepared with cash. The rooms are large, the beds are firm, and the bathroom is well-appointed with a hairdryer. They provide shampoo, toothbrushes, etc. However, the first night when we arrived, there were no sheets, bedspreads, or towels, so I had to go down to reception to get them. The second day, when I returned, I found the room uncleaned, and when I went down to reception, they told me that in Uzbekistan I have to let them know if I want my room cleaned, which isn't true, as I've stayed in four other hotels in different cities without any problems. The breakfast is basic and not very tasty. They only have instant coffee, a few cheeses, cucumbers, tomatoes, salad, and cold fried eggs—unpleasant. It's an adequate hotel for one or two nights.
