Bare bones home converted to a hotel. No amenities whatsoever in rooms, no iron, no kettle, no cups, no tea bags, no soaps, nothing.

And to top it off, electricity went away in one phase during my stay here. And didn't come back from hours, and the staff didn't seem to care much about it.

I stayed at this hotel on January 11th and I really regretted it...
Cleanliness: the room is clean, but the sheets and towels are very worn, and the curtains have very ugly and unpleasant stains.
Don't even dream of hot tea.
The Internet is very slow, I hardly work. The noise in the corridor and the next room was easily heard, even when talking softly.
First the room was warm and the floor warm. But as soon as the light went out, the room froze. The light went out at 5 in the evening and came on at 4 in the morning the next day.
We caught a cold today. I am still writing with passion. Even though I got a room for 2 people, the blanket is for 1 person and it's a bed sheet... remember that if the light goes out, the water doesn't come out either.

A new hotel, but the work of the staff is not debugged at all. The location is not very convenient. And so everything is new, its own small parking lot. Unfortunately, it was not possible to check in, because there was no light, so we decided not to sit in the dark and went to another hotel. According to the administrator, the light should have been turned on in a couple of hours, but I didn’t really want to sit in the dark.
