Cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities are excellent. The hotel is far from the city center and shopping center, but the airport and main train station are nearby.

Everything would be fine, but! I booked and paid for a room for one person with a large bed. Upon arrival, I was given a completely different room with four narrow beds taking up all the space. They refused to change it to the one I had already paid for, because it was occupied, why did this happen when I had already paid for it? And this spoiled the impression of the service and honesty

The arrangement is not bad. The hotel is quiet. All the amenities are there, basically. The downside is that the breakfasts are not enough for all the residents. If you come to the restaurant opening 20 minutes late, you will only have empty plates. And for some reason, the tourist tax is higher than in other hotels. We paid $4 in others, but here they asked for 70 thousand sums, and no receipt was issued. Or maybe the receptionists themselves are arranging the price, I don’t know. But overall, we lived well.

The hotel is located near the airport. Convenient location, banks, shopping centers, cafes are available. Amazing cleanliness in the rooms. Everything you need is available. The staff is polite, they provide assistance. Delicious breakfasts :-)) Thank you for the welcome!

The room was spacious, clean, and had high ceilings.
The hotel staff were very kind and helped me carry my suitcases.
The breakfast was also delicious.
If I had to say something, it would be that the duvet was a little thin.

Stains on the bedsheets. Curtains almost black with dirt and hair in the bathroom.

1. The wifi either cannot be connected or is often disconnected; 2. There is no light switch at the bedside, so you have to get out of bed to turn off the light and then go back in the dark; 3. Yandex taxi can't find the place, of course, this is a common problem of Yandex.
Advantages: 1. The breakfast is good; 2. The overall price-performance ratio is acceptable; 3. The waiter's attitude is good.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, big, everything is good. The only thing was that they didn’t give breakfast in the morning, they left early in the morning, they warned us in the evening, but apparently this is a problem in Tashkent - they constantly forget about the early breakfast

Horrible hotel for tourists The staff is rude and does not meet hotel standards. The cuisine is not good. We ate in other establishments. There are many good hotels nearby, it’s better to stay there. A hotel for local residents
