Excellent service and prime location! The staff are wonderful and made us feel very welcome. You are right in the heart of the Old Quarter, so walking to restaurants and shops is a breeze. Don't miss the breakfast—the fresh pancakes are a must-try! The building does show its age and has a bit of an 'old building' smell near the front desk, but the hospitality more than makes up for it

If having a window in your hotel room is a deal breaker, skip this hotel.

We booked an executive triple room for 2 nights, advertised with window view in the pictures & description. However, upon check-in (around 8pm at night), we were given a room with no window, only with a small tiny peeping window - which is clearly different from what was advertised.

Although hotel staff heard our complaints during our stay and offered us to switch rooms on our following night (as it was quite late on the day we checked in and the rooms were all full), we ended up just staying in the same room as re-packing our suitcases was a hassle.

Hotel staff is friendly, but bear in mind that it’s not a new hotel with modern interior & be prepared to have rooms with no window (though you see a big window in the pictures).

Located in Hanoi's Old Quarter, this hotel offers excellent convenience for both transportation and dining. The staff, especially Apple and Daisy, were incredibly kind and gentle. Their warmth and hospitality made a lasting impression and will be one of my fondest memories. Despite its central city location, the hotel provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend it to everyone. The breakfast, featuring freshly prepared pho, was absolutely fantastic!
