Our experience in this hotel was perfect. The room was comfortable with all amenities that we needed, the breakfast was delicious and the service was amazing. All the hotel attendants were super attentive and helped us with amazing tips for our trip.

We had a fantastic stay whilst experiencing Hanoi winter. The hotel is ideally located between the Hanoi Old Quarters and Hoan Keam lake; around 3min walk to the popular night market,Thang Long water puppet theatre, Bhan Mi Pho, Ngoc Son temple, etc. A quick review of our stay - welcome drink-a nice complimentary warm tea and treats; the deluxe rooms w no view-th7e windows can still be opened which is IMO a highly valuable feature for ventilation purpose; the bathroom uses Aqua Senses premium spa-inspired hotel toiletry line; La enMay spa-professional service, uses premium Sothys massage oils, Majesty Sky Bar-nice view of the red bridge and lake, the staff will switch on the infrared heating lamps and provide blankets to warm you up the winter nights at the roof top!; complimentary daily breakfast-you can order vietnamese coffee, omellets, pho or vegetarian from the ala carte menu plus they also have a small buffet; room service with a small selection of ala carte menu- we ordered a medium well steak which was nicely done; spring roll platter visually stunning using black river stones in a bamboo basket to keep the fried spring rolls lifted and crispy!; we booked the transfer to airport-reasonable usd28 for a 6 seater. The hotel is outstanding in terms of service, cleanliness, taste, punctuality, etc. For the price range, I think this hotel offers the best of its class.

Second time there, this time room with city view. City view a little bit louder than lake view, but not a real problem Hanoi is a bustling city, so this is the normal in this town. Service und comfort is brillant, also the ambiente, it is obvious, that they care about their guests. I loved the noodle soup at breakfast… so delicious…

The hotel is located in the bustling downtown area, in the old town.
Facilities: Good.
Cleanliness: Might have a slightly damp smell.
Environment: Convenient location, but it's an old town with small building footprints.
Service: Very good, the front desk staff were enthusiastic.

📍 Location: Perfect spot! Loved walking around the lake — such a refreshing and serene spot. Right downstairs, you can enjoy whatever fresh fruit you like, and it’s just a quick walk to anywhere in the Old Quarter. Hailing a Grab is easy, making it convenient to explore the city or get around

We had a small miscommunication during our stay, but it was resolved swiftly and promptly, reflecting their excellent customer care. They also provided helpful recommendations to enhance our visit.

Overall, a relaxing and adventurous stay. Highly recommend for a lakeview escape with all the comforts!

The rooftop bar here is one of the best in Hanoi, offering amazing night views of Hoan Kiem Lake. The downside is that the drinks aren't great, and they're quite expensive, plus there's a service charge. Each room gets one complimentary classic drink per stay. The front desk staff speak excellent English and are very patient. We also booked their sister hotel, but the service there wasn't as good, and the location isn't as convenient as this one. After checking out, they were quick to help with our luggage and even loaded it into the taxi for us.

Fabulous hotel in an amazing location, the staff are wonderful and so helpful. Breakfast is tasty, and the rooms are chic and comfortable. Enjoy a cocktail on the rooftop and relax!

Great location, but the room was incredibly small. At night, you could hear motorcycles, and during the day, there was renovation noise. The upside is that there are tons of delicious food options nearby and it's very close to attractions, so the location is superb. The hotel staff were very friendly and the place was clean. If you want to experience the culture of the old town, it's still recommended.

I highly recommend this hotel. The management and hospitality are excellent. The front desk staff, especially the 'little胖哥' (a friendly nickname for a male staff member), was professional, attentive, and meticulous. Upon arrival, we were immediately offered fruit and cold drinks. The hotel's location is also in the heart of the old town.
