The staff at La Sinfornia Majesty at 6am, merely took a look at our booking, and quietly made arrangements for us to have an early checkin but at La Sinfornia del Ray as Majesty was fully booked and did not have room available for early check in. They even surprise us with many perks. All these were just pure surprises and we did even expect or requested early check in
The sweet gesture at La Sinfornia del Ray was a handwritten card in our room to welcome us. The room was prepared not to just the standard hotel room but aircon was on, stepping into a cool room prepared. All these done while I was enjoying my cup of lemon grass tea while searching where to go. It was really a pleasant surprise. Will definitely return to Hanoi just purely for La Sinfornia.
The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The surrounding environment is peaceful and clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.
The room was well-maintained and the bed was incredibly comfortable — just the right balance of softness and support, which made for a great night’s sleep.
We only had breakfast at the hotel, but it was delicious and satisfying, with a good variety of fresh options.
One of the absolute highlights was the spa service. The therapist was highly skilled, and the entire treatment was incredibly relaxing. Best of all, the prices were very reasonable — excellent value for money. If you plan to stay here, I highly recommend booking a spa session in advance!
The front desk and reception staff were also exceptional — very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their service really added to the overall positive experience.
The only minor downside was that the soundproofing could be improved — we could occasionally hear noise from the hallway. However, it didn’t significantly affect our rest or overall stay.
All in all, this is a fantastic hotel with great facilities, excellent service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely choose to stay here again on a future visit!
The room was spacious enough. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff was always willing to assist. Hotel location was good enough to travel around and sightseeing ( 1 min walk to the lake)
