The exterior of look of the hotel caught our attention when we were in Hanoi the last time and that’s how we decided to stay here during this trip.

We thought the interior of the room that i booked was kind of dark and also could use more hangers or handles in the bathroom as well but i think overall, the service, breakfast, rooftop bar and even the spa was excellent.

We really loved how friendly, thoughtful and attention to detail the staffs were!

Great location, right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. Super easy to get around the lake or old quarter. Super friendly staffs throughout check in and out.

The staffs were very friendly.
They welcomed us with smiles and made us feel at home. They took the effort to prepare a welcome drink and snacks. Also, they asked us about our checkout time and prepared us breakfast as we had a flight to catch (this was part of our breakfast buffet). All was ready on time and it was a easy checkin and checkout process. We were well taken care off and the rooms were very clean and comfy as well. Highly recommend !

A very good feeling to live this hotel. It locates at the center area of the downtown and is very convenient for shopping. They are concerning the feedback from customers. The breakfast is very abundant and delicious.

The service staff was really nice but the amenities in the room feel a little dated for the amount of price we’ve paid for a hotel in Hanoi. However, location is the best as it’s just near the lake and the center of activities. Their rooftop bar has a very nice view overseeing the lake!

The hotel is in very good location which you can have access to everything

All the staff are very friendly and helpful, they even share a list of what to do around Hanoi area!!

Their spa and massage is MUST GO!!! ✨✨✨Ly, my therapist, is very professional and attentive to details. Feel super relaxed and happy about this stay 🥰🥰

The staff is great, they were very helpful and accommodating, and the hotel itself is very very comfortable and quiet, you almost forget you’re in the middle of the city! The location is also perfect, close to the old quarter but also next to the very nice area of the lake. Quite a wonderful stay.

This hotel has a fantastic French retro style and a wide range of amenities, including a spa and a bar. My only minor gripes are the small bathroom and the less-than-perfect soundproofing. However, the service here is truly exceptional and really elevated our entire trip. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!
