The location is very convenient, and my room, facing an inner courtyard, was quiet. The hotel environment is pleasant, and it's very clean – definitely recommend! They gave me a voucher for the rooftop bar, so I got free drinks; the Cordyceps flower tea was particularly good. Breakfast was also plentiful. The hotel's massage services were clean, safe, and even offered a discount, which was really relaxing!

Good location near the train street, and close to many good rooftops and restaurants. A short walk to the old quarter too. The hotel is comfortable and clean.

This is a small, boutique hotel with a dark, French-inspired aesthetic.

**Facilities:** Everything you need is here, just like at hotels back home.

**Cleanliness:** The bedding and towels were very clean.

**Environment:** I booked an interior-facing room, and it was very quiet, so I slept really well.

**Service:** While waiting to check in, I enjoyed a welcome drink and refreshments, and was able to check in early at 13:00. The front desk also gave me a 250,000 VND dining voucher and a spa discount coupon. Upon entering the room, there were welcome fruits and a handwritten welcome card, which made me feel very much at home.

You can step straight out into the energy of the city, which makes it an ideal base for walking everywhere and soaking up the atmosphere.

The staff were fine, professional but not particularly standout. Breakfast gets very busy and can feel quite packed, with limited options during peak times. The coffee is instant, so if that matters to you, plan accordingly. It’s best to go early for breakfast to get the widest selection and a more relaxed experience.

Overall, the location is the real strength here. A great choice if you want to be in the heart of the action and explore Hanoi on foot.

I usually leave positive reviews, but even though the location was very convenient, many parts of the room didn't match what was shown on the platform and were poorly maintained, with constant small issues. What was promised during check-in also led to an awkward situation later due to a communication breakdown. During my multiple entries and exits from the hotel, the staff were only enthusiastic when the manager was around.
