The location is very convenient, and my room, facing an inner courtyard, was quiet. The hotel environment is pleasant, and it's very clean – definitely recommend! They gave me a voucher for the rooftop bar, so I got free drinks; the Cordyceps flower tea was particularly good. Breakfast was also plentiful. The hotel's massage services were clean, safe, and even offered a discount, which was really relaxing!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to major attractions. The rooms have a unique, dark-themed decor, and the staff are quite good. They also provided a 250,000 VND rooftop bar voucher, and the beer 🍺 was really delicious.

I usually leave positive reviews, but even though the location was very convenient, many parts of the room didn't match what was shown on the platform and were poorly maintained, with constant small issues. What was promised during check-in also led to an awkward situation later due to a communication breakdown. During my multiple entries and exits from the hotel, the staff were only enthusiastic when the manager was around.
