After getting lost three times in Hanoi's bustling 36 Streets, I pushed open the wooden door of Le Jardin Hotel, adorned with vines and a brass plaque – it was like instantly switching channels. The city noise faded, and the air carried the scent of basil and coffee, along with a gentle old saxophone tune...

✨ It's not just a 'hotel,' but more like an old friend who understands you:

▫️ **Superb Location**: A 3-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, 5 minutes to Dong Xuan Market, yet cleverly tucked away from the main street's clamor. It boasts a tranquil alley paved with blue bricks and covered in bougainvillea.

▫️ **Design is Flowing Poetry**: Franco-Vietnamese aesthetics – yellow walls + louvered shutters + teak floors. Lemon trees bear fruit in the courtyard, a copy of 'Hanoi's Four Seasons' rests by a rattan chair, the pool reflects palm silhouettes, and even the elevator lobby features hand-painted old Hanoi postcards.

▫️ **Rooms are Gentle Sanctuaries**: The 'Jardin Suite' comes with an oversized bathtub + handmade Hanoi aromatherapy. The night light is set to a warm amber, and in the morning, I was gently awakened by church bells outside the window and the Vietnamese calls of flower vendors.

▫️ **Details Speak Volumes**: The welcome amenity included iced lime-mint water + a sample pack of local coffee beans. Our butler, Tuan, remembered I loved drip coffee and discreetly placed brewing equipment in the room on the third day. Upon check-out, a small handmade lacquer box was presented, containing a pack of Son La province tea and a handwritten blessing card.

Love everything about this hotel ❤️ staffs were friendly , helpful and attentive . Nobody stood out because they’re all so good at their job . Front desk speaks good English and easy to understand them . They’re also very details in letting you know about their facilitates , vouchers and cafes . The room was clean and comfy enjoyed my two nights stayed with them and will definitely come back again if I ever come to Hanoi . Also ! Their massage is so comfortable and good they even give you vouchers for massage and cafe . There are also quite a few shops surrounding like restaurants , bar , cafes and etc . U can also use their swimming pool and gym but it’s at the opposite hotel which is also theirs ! One last thing is their breakfast ! Super bomb breakfast ❤️ yayyy overall 11/10 👍🏻

Beautiful charming hotel, probably the best place to stay at to explore Hanoi. Very well located and with lovely staff and the greatest breakfast EVER! The breakfast coffee is incredible

Amazing room and hotel ! We where recommend not to take an hotel in the old quarter to have a better rest and calm experience of Hanoi, and I’m super happy we choose Le Jardin. It’s only 15mn from Old Quarter, and behind there is a little lake with island where you can find the most lovely cafes and restaurants during evening. At the end we preferred this neighborhood than the most famous ones :) Als the staff is very very kind, we also tried the Khue Restaurant of the hotel which was perfect ! The second day we booked a Signature 3 at the Spa of the hotel and again, perfect service, rest x100 and happy to the maximum! Thank you 🩷

The service was exceptional. They were fully booked the next day, so we booked a hotel across the street. They even contacted the other hotel for us to arrange an early check-in and have our luggage sent over.

The room is quite big with two bedrooms and a small living room in the middle. There're two bathrooms as well, but if both can be standing shower that'd be great as the bathtub is not really convenient. Anyway, it is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 to stay in, considering the price and location.

Decent hotel in a good location, bathtub not ideal for taking shower as all the water will be coming towards the floor
