If I don't take in account that this hotel is amazingly hidden, it's nice to stay there. Stuff speaks English and free breakfast was included in our reservation.

The worst accommodation experience in my life, no one. There were 14 of us in our group. We booked 7 triple rooms for two days on February 15th, so that everyone could sleep in a bed alone. After arriving at the hotel from the airport, there was no one at the front desk, so we kept calling the contact number at the front desk. It took almost two hours for the proprietress to arrive. The hotel did not have enough 7 rooms, and two rooms were arranged in a small hotel nearby. After checking in, my friends found that the room was very unhygienic, with hair on the bed, and the sheets and quilts were very dirty, with spots of mold and moldy smell, and it felt like it was not dry in the south. We were arranged in two rooms in another hotel. My friends said that it was not a place for people to live at all, and one room did not have hot water. So I immediately asked to check out, but the boss had a bad attitude and said that I could check out, but the money would not be refunded. What an arrogant and bad attitude. Later, the Ctrip platform contacted the merchant, but it was fruitless. My friends had to pay for another hotel to open a room. If I had a choice, I would rather sleep on the street than open a room in this hotel.

The receptionist's attitude was very contemptuous. When asked for the wifi password, he smirked and seemed condescending. The receptionist's attitude was very disdainful. When I asked for the Wifi password, she smirked and she seemed very condescending. DON'T WASTE MONEY HERE FOR PEOPLE WITH THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE!!! L'atteggiamento della receptionist era molto sprezzante. Quando ho chiesto la password del Wifi, ha sorriso e sembrava molto condiscendente.

The manager of this guest house was extremely friendly and helpful. Large clean room with aircon and a great shower. Couldn't say a bad word about the facilities provided. Perfect if looking for a central location at a low price.

Need more mentenance
I booked single room but when I got there, it wasn't available. That was ok, gave me a Family room. That was run down not clean room. The windows not shut. But the bed was comfortable.

Got message from hotel that they had water issue and so they put me up in one of their other hotels. A long way from where I originally wanted to be. Beds in the other hotel were hard as rock. I wanted to stay at this place because people reviewed said it had comfortable beds. Very unhappy about whole thing

We booked two rooms with air conditioning. When we got there they've told us both the rooms had problems with the air conditioning. When I asked them to show us our rooms, they've told us it was not possible. Apparently this is a common strategy in Hanoi when the give out your room if anyone comes in and pays more. They've arranged other rooms to their friend's guesthouse. One of the room was on the ground floor near reception and it was really noisy in the morning and in the evening. The other room had a problem with the air conditioning and it was too cold the entire night. I wouldn't stay here again.

Located in the city centre and value for money, is a building hide in an alley which might hard to find if the staff didn't come out to the roadside and lead us to the hotel. However the room is good and tidy, the bathroom is clean with hot shower but it might not function well sometime.

Staff friendly, difficult to find out. The hostel is in small road in old town

Clean room, comfortable bed, decent bathroom, good price, good location.

I'm giving this place a 2 star because of the staff's unprofessional behaviour. One of the receptionist (Anika?) told us that we can extend our stay. However, we were subsequently told by the night staff around midnight that we need to check out the next day. He was not helpful.
