I arrived at the hotel at 1am to find my room had been given to someone else. My workplace had arranged and had agreed to pay after the stay, they called at 4pm on the day of my arrival and confirmed this was okay. However, when I arrived I was told there was no room for me. Through Google translation the receptionist said I could stay somewhere nearby and they would pay for taxi. The place they brought me was a one hour hotel with guests coming and going all night, banging doors and arguing in the corridor. Everest was actually an okay room in comparison but I just found service terrible. When I checked out the receptionist who was asleep at desk (8am) just grunted at me as I handed the key seeming upset I woke her.

Wow came here at night with no proof of payment and they still kept my room. Very nice staff and for the price the room is so clean. Very happy about this hotel

The hotel is clean, the location is relatively convenient, near the main road, not in the alley, especially the rooftop has a sky terrace, which is not sealed so you can watch the stars at night and is especially necessary when there is a fire. You can go to the rooftop to wait for the fire department to come and take you out safely.

The most favorite point of ks Everest is your service attitude. Female receptionist, you are very dedicated, gentle, cheerful and extremely interested in guests. An employee in my opinion is excellent! The hotel room is quite clean, the location is in the area with many food, so it is very attractive. The point I don't like is that the water is weak, so bathing is very uncomfortable and the force of water pushing the toilet is also weak.
