Friendly and professional staff
Quiet room, clean and comfortable.
Its location is perfect—it’s right in the ancient city center, only 300 meters from the train station.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Kelly. She was amazing!
When we couldn’t buy train tickets, she helped us patiently.
She also helped us change to a more suitable room when we needed one.
Everything here is wonderful, and we highly recommend this hotel to our friends.
The location is great m, 3 mins to Train station by foot.
And for the shower.
The room had a really sharp artificial scented smell to cover the smoking smell that was prior in the room.
BUT this room was worth it to be close to the railway station.
The room is clean. The bed is very comfortable, though a bit short being 6’1 (186). The people working here are so friendly and helpful. They speak English well.
The location is great. Many restaurants around. Near the train station and food market.
They offer massage services, though I haven’t tried it myself. They clean the room well, every day. Really good value!
The wifi unfortunately is unreliable and weak. They tried to solve it. The speed increased but it will randomly cut or be super slow. Not suitable for online gaming + you’ll be constantly waiting for things to load. Calls drop randomly.
