I’d give it a 2 star hotel! The only good things about it was location and spacious room. Didn’t have daily cleaning, we had to take out the trash ourselves!! Didn’t have good facilities in the room! Not even a microwave. They gave us water thinking it’s free but charged us for it at the end. I changed to a 3 star hotel after this and was WAY BETTER.

First impression was not as expected but based on the price I would say ok as I am staying just for a night. There are other better hotels around. If you are not fussy, its considered acceptable.I could leave my luggages for 2 days before Icomeback for it. They also provide laundry service. 24hrs ready.

Nice place, worth the money and the staff is very helpful
the location is best as it is in the old quarter
restaurant, tour spots, coffee shop is all over the place
it is near the cathedral too

The room was overall pretty dirty with a half drunken water bottle in the fridge and fake eyelashes on the wall in the shower. Furthermore most of the stuff in the room was broken and glued back together and the shampoo was watered down a lot.

But the staff was super freindly.

This hotel was amazing! Cold air conditioning, hot water, great location. It’s down an alley so pretty quiet but still close to everything. The people at the hotel were incredibly nice. They arranged our transfer from airport, laundry, and bus to Ninh Binh. It was a great hotel and we will definitely stay there again!
