We had an amazing stay here for 4 nights. Great location and the room/bathroom was very clean and exactly as pictured. Rooms are air conditioned and have complimentary water bottles, shower slippers, toiletries etc. Airport shuttle is organized for 18USD. Above all, the service is EXCEPTIONAL!! All the receptionists go above and beyond to help you book buses, tours, trips and give travel advice. We were having trouble booking a sleeper bus, as the company only took bank transfers from Vietnamese Bank accounts. The reception transferred with their personal account and allowed us to pay them back in cash, without us even asking them to go that far. We definitely recommend Blue Hanoi Inn Hotel, and would love to stay here again if we have the chance!

Wonderful stay for 6 days. The staffs were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and cosy. They help with money exchange too.
As for location is considered, it is an awesome place to stay since all tourist spots are in close vicinity. Hanoi train street, old quarter, market road all are in walkable distance. Good varieties of food near by.
Definitely recommend.

Great budget hotel option right in the heart of where you want to be in Hanoi. They were our home base during our time in the north as we popped in and out of Hanoi.
It was always a comfortable stay when we were in town and the staff were soo accommodating and helpful with booking transportation and tours for us and when we were out of town they held our bags for us and kept our belongings safe. Highly recommend! 👍

Amazing budget hotel! Friendly, helpful staff, clean room and accommodating lobby and rest area if your catching a bus later in the day! Thank you so much for a great stay! I will recommend to friends coming next month!

This place is the best bang for your buck in the old quarter. We stayed at for other places but this was the cleanest and most comfortable spot yet. Wish we would have stayed here for our other nights!
Everyone was also so helpful! They booked us a train, got us a taxi to the train station for cheaper than grab, held our bags, charged our phones while we walked around the city and even let us shower before we got on the train. STAY HERE!

Great Location in the old quarter!!! The street much more quiet than many around it. Our room was large with a great view and a very CLEAN bathroom. A delicious breakfast was provided up on the top floor that consisted of fresh fruit, juices, and various Vietnamese or western selections. All staff was friendly and helpful. They have transfer services available. They allowed us to store our luggage after checking out so we could explore a little more before leaving Hanoi. The value is good for the quality. I highly recommend this hotel.

The standout feature of this hotel is the polite and efficient service of the front desk staff. Each staff we encountered over our three day stay provided impeccable service. While the hotel and rooms are not as grand and luxurious as some other hotels in the Old Quarter, the rooms are clean, large, and very adequate. The provided breakfast is very generous and the food is good (Western options moreso than local) - my picks are the ham and cheese omelette and the banana "pancake"!
