We stayed in a triple room and found it very comfortable, with enough space for three people and all our luggage.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Hanoi’s tourist area, making it easy to walk to many attractions, restaurants, and cafes.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions. Breakfast is included. It is simple, but there is enough variety for a good morning meal before exploring the city.

Overall, this is a great place to stay if you are looking for a convenient location, comfortable rooms, and kind service in the center of Hanoi. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is clean, beautifully designed, and conveniently located. We had a room with a window on the 5th floor, but the city noise didn't bother us. The room had a good shower, plenty of toiletries, including a toothbrush and toothpaste. The bed was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning worked well. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Sword Lake, Ho Chi Minh Square, and the train station are all within walking distance. The breakfasts were also good: a small buffet, with options for scrambled eggs or omelets. The staff was polite and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

The service was great, and the room was very clean. We originally booked a windowless room, but they upgraded us to one with a window, which was a nice surprise! Everything else was excellent, except for the soundproofing which was a little bit lacking.

So this hotel left me a bit torn. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is pretty good. It is about 5-8 minutes walking to beer street and the main popular area of Old Quarter. It's also a similar walk (in the opposite direction) to the famous train cafe street. So, looking at it that way, things were great.
However, I wouldn't really recommend the windowless-room here. It feels and smells like mold is inside, and the room always felt humid and damp. It is hard to filter the air in a room without windows, but after exploring the city and seeing other places, I would guess you can find a better situation for cheaper elsewhere. It has hotel prices, but like many other "hotels" in Hanoi, it's more like an apartment building with an elevator. Also, I was unlucky to be on the floor below the breakfast floor (8th floor) and they had been doing construction my entire time there, so you couldn't sleep in due to banging noise.
Anyway, all being said, if you get one of the rooms with a window, I think you'll feel fine. Again, staff was great, but it felt like the value of what you get wasn't equaling out.

The hotel's location is excellent; most attractions and streets in the old town are within walking distance. The room size is generous, and the window soundproofing is decent. Breakfast options are limited, and compared to tourist cities in China, the value for money isn't great.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially after I was scammed of money by a taxi driver, upon my arrival. They were understanding and patient, especially because I was visibly upset. The room was cozy, warm and felt like home away from home. Their breakfast selection was also quite pleasant. I loved my stay here. They helped me book tours and suggested nearby restaurants for dining. I had also had a massage at their spa, which was meant to be an aromatherapy massage but it turned out not to be one so, that was slightly disappointing. I am glad that they helped me get to the airport though, so thumbs up to them for their hospitality.

I loved everything about the room I got, it was beyond my expectations, it was very clean. The breakfast was amazing too.

This hotel boasts an excellent location in the Old Quarter, surrounded by numerous eateries and small shops, and is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel itself is comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom had a slight odor; I'd suggest installing a backflow preventer. For breakfast, you can order beef pho, which was absolutely delicious.

Great hotel in Old Town Hà Nội. My second stay at this hotel. Cannot fault it, staff lovely especially the lady at reception who brought me shoe laces when mine snapped.
