I had a wonderful stay at Sen Grand Hotel & Spa. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and housekeeping to the outstanding staff, who were always friendly, professional, and ready to help at any time.
I also really enjoyed the pool, the gym, and the breakfast selection. The location was exactly what I needed for my trip. While the area does not have many major tourist attractions, it is surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which made my stay even more comfortable.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

An excellent hotel, I've stayed here multiple times. The prices are great, the environment is clean, and the breakfast is plentiful. It's also conveniently located with plenty of businesses nearby. Highly recommend to anyone needing accommodation in Hanoi.

The good thing about this hotel is it location. It was strategic in the middle of the city. A lot of family and other entertainment venue. There is also 24 hours Circle-K near this hotel, not to mention also you can use Grab Apps to order food.

Room itself is okay, I was with group tour so maybe they put us in economic room with no window. But the room itself is comfy and clean in my opinion. I came in the winter and the room was not too cold, it was very nice. Shower with hot water is also works. Toilet is clean.

Breakfast is okay, because our group tour is mostly muslim, so they provide a muslim friendly meal.
Overall, its a very pleasant experience.

I had a great stay at Sen Grand the last 9 days.
It is very convinient for my office, and the hotel has good facilities. I loved the pool.
The breakfast was a great (i added a picture of the buffe table) start to the day, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
I will be back another time. Thanks 👍

Oh I had a wonderful stay in Vietnam in this hotel.the location was amazing.the food was superb the staff was friendly.the hotel was cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable ❤️I will book this hotel I again

Bathing in bath tub and water drainage is a big problem for me who has short legs. The constant wet floor from the shower makes it especially dangerous for me while stepping in/out of shower. Breakfast is mediocre too. Will not be staying here next time when im in town.

The hotel generally felt quite good, with refined rooms, but the shower curtain was disgustingly dirty!!! Then, sleeping at night was a nightmare because there was no soundproofing at all, so don't even think about sleeping past 6 or 7 AM! For someone who needs good sleep quality, this is simply unbearable.
