I was greeted so warmly when i arrived , that I felt secure instantly. I got off my flight feeling faint and unwell. I told the reception. They offered to go out and bring me some soup and banh mi.
They sent me straight up to my room with no fuss at all, and simply said the food will be up shortly, just give us a call when you want the tray cleared.
The food arrived promptly, very delicious. I fell asleep and looked at the room when I woke up later.
The room was huge. It was well maintained, the only comment would be that the bathroom was quite small. It was good for a single traveller, but even then you could easily fit 2 in the shower.
The staff were very helpful, they never failed to offer suggestion and even organised breakfast to take away for my early flight.
It is right in the heart of everything easy to get to it all and feels safe to walk around.
I will definitely use this hotel again.
Laundry service at $2/kilo washed and dried in 8 hours.
On our arrival, We were given a very good map over the city and talked trough places of interest and how best to maximise our time during our stay. On leaving we got valuable information on where to catch the bus to the airport that saved us about £15 on a taxi and we also received a gift, such a nice gesture that just made us feel even more spoils.
