The room and hotel seemed much larger in the photos but they’re not that big. Love the sheets and pillows. They were quite comfortable.

This hotel is super central, but on a quiet road. Everything you may need is just steps away. Clean rooms and good service.

We had a pleasant stay at Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel. Except for one request they missed. I asked that our room be cleaned after 2 days, since we also stayed here from February 3-6.
Their breakfast is a lot even if it’s not buffet. Very well prepared. The servers are attentive to our needs.
Generally, from the staff from reception and others are helpful.
I still highly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect, near to restaurants, shopping, and lake.

I had a nights stay here. The location is why you’d want to stay here. Staff are excellent and helpful. The place is surrounded with lots of food choices. The rooms are clean although the furniture and decor maybe showing age. However, it isn’t a big deal breaker. For what I paid this place was great value for money.

This hotel offers decent value for money, and more importantly, it's quiet and perfectly located right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. There are plenty of shops and great food options nearby. The breakfast is also quite substantial, freshly prepared, clean, and hygienic.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel's location is excellent, less than 100 meters walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Downstairs, there are Vietnamese restaurants, snack shops, and services like 'Emperor's Head Wash' (a type of head massage/hair wash) and spas. The service is also great; the staff help with luggage and open doors for you. The downsides are that the hotel is quite small and the facilities are a bit old, especially the bed, which has two protruding wooden planks that kept getting reattached.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the room facilities are complete and very clean.
