Room 705 805 806, A clean, spacious, and comfortable hotel room, with the bed always neatly made and the sheets always clean. There are always extra pillows provided. The room also comes with a kimono, hairdryer, safety box, and even an iron. There's a sink and an induction stove, a large and cold refrigerator, and the AC works well.
The bathroom is excellent and very clean, featuring an exceptionally comfortable sitting toilet. Towels are always fresh and clean, and toiletries are complete.
Breakfast is plentiful with a variety of menu options, and all the staff are friendly

Stayed here for a few nights. Lovely spacious room on the top floor. En-suite was spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast wasn’t in the same building as the hotel but only a few steps to walk. The buffet had plenty of choice and was delicious. Hotel not central but the reception staff were great at ordering a taxi for us and gave us advice where to go.

Be aware. There is very large and loud construction around this hotel. Starts from 23 to 2 am on one side of the hotel, on the other side of the hotel - from 6:30 am. It was impossible to sleep. We could sleep for around 3 hours. The whole next day is lost. You have to fight for a refund with the hotel manager. They don't want to compensate

Staff (except receptionist) was rude towards Indians but sweet towards Western tourists.
They didn't deny any service but we could see that they were not very happy about it.
Breakfast buffet is good. Rooms are good. Lift is noisy and we woke up many times because of noise from the lift.

Nice hotel, not to far from the Old Quarter, about 10 minutes walk to the lake. What so nice about this hotel is their friendly staff especially the receptionist Lian, all the others were also lovely. They all can speak English therefore it was easy to communicate.
The room was spacious and clean. For breakfast there were choice of pastry, cornflakes, fruits and salad for those who can’t eat meat.
Overall it’s a good choice to stay if you are in Hanoi.

This was the perfect place to stay. To start rooms were really big, nice and clean. The bathroom is fantastic. Location is also a pro! It’s super close to everywhere you want to visit and the old quarter. We stayed there for 10 days. The staff was great, always helping my family. The breakfast is pretty good too. Special thanks for all the people there who made it a great experience for us. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean and excellent service. 3stars hotel but for me, it is like 5stars. Enjoy stay and will come back again.

Nice hotel, warm greeting and staff. Desert is not very colorful but comprises some vietnamese traditional foods.

It is a good hotel with reasonable price. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is great. You can find many good restaurants, spa and entertainment places locate near by hotel with a walking distance. I strongly recomended.
