MK Premier Boutique Hotel in Hanoi

Staff were helpful. We were upgraded to an executive room with balcony. Unfortunately, the balcony was facing an Indian restaurant that blasted Indian music until after midnight, so we couldn’t really sleep well. Breakfast spread and coffee was surprisingly good too.

We had a great stay at MK Premiere. First, the staff were all very warm and welcoming and Kevin the manager really helped us with any requests. The location was great, right next to the night market! The breakfast and food of the hotel were excellent. The room was excellent with a huge bath and sauna.

Outstanding hospitality - kind and helpful staff by all accounts. The building is a bit dated, but well worth the price point. Cannot emphasize how wonderful the staff is.

The doormen and front desk staff were all so kind, making for a truly heartwarming stay. Their thoughtfulness was much appreciated.

The hotel's location is perfect, right next to Beer Street and the Old Quarter. Plus, no matter which package tour you book, it's within the free pickup zone, so the shuttle will pick you up directly from the hotel instead of a designated meeting point. The staff here are all fantastic and provide excellent service with a wonderful attitude. I dropped by to store my luggage before check-in, and what appeared to be the head manager personally assisted me, making me feel very comfortable with his professional service. On my last day, I had an early flight at 4 AM, and the lady at the front desk helped me check out with a beautiful smile, even chatting with me. So, even though I spent the least amount of time at this hotel, I had the most wonderful experience, especially on my last day, which made me so happy. I don't know her name, but I'd highly recommend her as an amazing staff member. The room's spacious balcony with chairs was also great for enjoying a beer while watching people pass by. I don't know when, but next time I visit Hanoi, I'd love to stay at this hotel for my entire trip. Truly a top-notch hotel!

Location is great, it was near to everywhere we wanted to go, all within 15 mins walking distance.
We arrived at 5am from Sapa and informed the hotel beforehand that we would appreciate an early check-in, however the hotel charges 100% room rate for early check-ins before 9am and 50% room rate after 9am. Hence we sat at the lobby and got our check in at around 12pm+. The shower is connected with the bathtub where you have to stand in the bathtub to shower, however the water flow in the bathtub was quite bad.
Other than that, all are good. Staffs are very helpful with our luggage.

The location is incredibly convenient. The breakfast was decent, neither amazing nor terrible, and the staff were all very friendly.

Joining a day tour was also great; they picked us up directly from the hotel at 7 AM.

Definitely a highly recommended hotel in Hanoi!
