The staff were super kind and careful. The room was clean and the bed super confortable. This hotel is in the center so it’s perfect if you’re visiting Hanoï :) we recommend it 100% if you’re travelling to Hanoï!

Really good hotel, great location. Staff are super friendly. Great for leaving luggage aswell before heading on Bus later in the evening after checking out earlier in the day.

I had a very pleasant stay here. The hotel is in a convenient location — it's easy to find food, shops, and explore the area. Special thanks to the front desk staff, NingNing (even though there was a time we could see she looked a bit tired after a long shift, she still managed to keep that cheerful and friendly smile on her face) and Chang, who were always helpful and wore the brightest smiles. Their friendly and cheerful attitude made me feel truly welcome. I really appreciate their support during my stay and hope to come back again soon!

What made this stay truly memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Ninging always had a warm smile and was incredibly helpful whenever I needed anything. Chang was equally amazing, assisting me with local recommendations and even helping book a day tour. Both of them went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their hospitality was heartfelt and genuine . Every part of the service was smooth and efficient, from check-in to check-out. Whenever I had a request, it was handled quickly and politely. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, which made the experience even more relaxing. I always felt supported and valued as a guest. Service like this is rare and truly appreciated.

The location is very good, the room is small and exquisite, and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the old town. The hotel staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, and will actively recommend some places to avoid pitfalls. It is highly recommended

The location is within walking distance of Hoan Kiem and Beer Street, Bun Cha Dak Kim, Pho 10, Bun Bo Nam Bo, Ban Mi 25, Kong Cafe, and other delicious restaurants. The breakfast is not very diverse, but the taste is okay. In particular, the hotel front desk staff are friendly, and you can find local information more easily by asking the staff than by searching on Naver or Google. Overall, the room size is small and the bathroom is a bit uncomfortable. It is okay for a short-term stay of 2-3 days.

The room is very satisfactory, the boss is nice, the girls at the front desk are very professional, I will stay here again next time I come to Hanoi, and I will also recommend it to my friends

Located in Hanoi's Old Quarter, it's great for feeling the old Hanoi atmosphere. There is also a Pho Bo Banh Mi Egg coffee shop right in front, so it's great for leisurely enjoyment. Breakfast is also good.

Advantages: Convenient to travel, great balcony, enthusiastic front desk, English conversation, coffee shop at the door, free maps and suggestions
Disadvantages: The sound insulation is slightly poor. The room smell is very strong at first, but it gets better after it dissipates.
