The location is very good and convenient. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was quiet, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was excellent. However, the room had a significant moisture problem. There was visible dampness, some mould in places, and the paint was peeling and wrinkled. There is a kettle in the room, but there is nowhere practical to place it because the cable is extremely short. We booked a room with a courtyard view, but in reality it felt more like a 2x2 metre ventilation shaft, with only a small opening at the top where you could see some light. Overall, while the service and breakfast were very good, the room condition could definitely be improved.

The staffs are very friendly. The hotel is near the night market and train street. There are a lot of stores near the hotel. Rooms are clean and cozy. Very comfortable to stay in this hotel.

2nd trip to this lovely hotel. We booked 2 rooms. Both clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast delicious and cooked to order along side a small buffet. The thing that really makes this hotel is the lovely staff. Jasmine , prior to our arrival booked us airport pick up, halong bay tour and organised a transfer to Ninh Binh. Nothing is too much trouble. Another shout out to Ana who I remembered from my last visit , again would do anything to help make your stay in Vietnam extra special. Would always stay here if coming to Hanoi.

the hotel location is nearby fews attractions such as train street, Huajian Lake, Vegas M and night market, they are walkable distance.
the breakfast is very limitation and timinig is not friendly.

Everything was amazing, the location nearby to the old quarter and by walk can find shop, restaurant, cafe, the room bit small but comfortable clean, staff are helpful and so kind, breakfast was tasty even limited choices.

Am staying on 2nd floor the corridor a bit messy with equipment.

This is a three-star hotel, which is very good according to three-star standards. When checking in, the guests were all Westerners and could communicate in English. There was no noon service. Most of the hotels in the old city are built. If it rains at night when you check in, you should avoid the third floor because they have iron roofs. If it rains heavily at night, the sound will be "explosive", but for the locals, In other words, this is very common; in addition, the room has two doors, one of which is a safety door. The setting is as shown below. Breakfast is on the top floor. Although it is small, it provides ordering. The service is very friendly and you can order repeatedly. It is full of sincerity.

Ana and Rose were the most enthusiastic hosts to welcome you. Check-in after 12nn was a breeze. We were ushered into our room on the second floor. It was an executive room with twin beds and a balcony. We thought that it would be noisy as it was facing the road but it wasnt. The location was convenient (it was on a side street) rather than along the main road (Pho Hang Bo).

The room was very big, impressive. The amenities were ok: towel, bedsheets, hair dryer, toiletries - decent enough to do their function. Breakfast was included, and you need to go to the 6th floor. The fare included both local food (pho) and western style like french toast.

I love hanging by the balcony looking at the daily going ons of the local people, observing go about their daily life: hawking fresh fruits and flowers, eating pho...

Location: it is at the center of the Old Quarter and it's mostly about 8 to 12 mins walking distance to some of the key attractions like the train street, the night market, the St. Joseph Cathedral, the prison museum.

I dont mind booking this hotel again if I ever visit Hanoi again.

I only spent one night in the hotel and it was very good, the room was very clean, the bathroom was spacious, A/C, the breakfast was very good. The attention from the staff is also very good. For Western people it is a good place, there is no noise and it is close to most tourist sites, it is even close to the area of bars, restaurants, cafes, banks.
