Nice place run by nice people in a nice area of Hanoi

Everything was great 👍🏻 , we all were very happy staying at this hotel , it was a pleasant even at night , the room was fully equipped with all necessary facilities. The most we loved is our room was super clean even in the shower room , also the bathtub, all the beds were arranged well everyday , smell good n much comfy 🥰

And all the staffs were nice n helpful especially at the restaurant, they were always welcome n very polite , breakfast at hotel was quite nice set menu. Also there were various kind of nice food around the area such as Pizza 4P’s was located just walking to the next block n also the convenient store Circle K was at the same building n we had found the yummm Banh Coun one was at the opposite site 😋. Try just walking abit more, you’ll find there were some shopping mall like Win Mart ~

Btw, the Old Quarter n Hoan Kiem Lake are not to close to the hotel but it’s walkable on the day the weather is not too bad (I’d say pm 2.5 in Hanoi was at a high level ~ pls be careful n apply the mask when being outside!)

Just wanted to say we all had a great stay n will highly recommend to everyone n surely we’ll come back again ~ see ya 😘

Pros: The hotel was really clean and the service was great.

Unfortunately, our breakfast only consisted of bread and eggs. We were expecting something better after reading the reviews, so we were a little disappointed, haha.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but it was within our acceptable range.

Our room type had a window, but it faced the wall of the building opposite.

A bonus point: the front desk staff on our checkout day spoke a little Chinese.

The hotel is Japanese-style and very clean. If you're taking the bus from the airport, you can get off at Hoan Kiem Lake or just past it, and it's about a 20-minute walk. Hanoi really isn't great for city walks, but the Blue Hotel was a breath of fresh air.

Extremely good experience. Super friendly, super clean (everything is white, hot water, no one insect,etc), good choice for breakfast, no noise from the street, good location for any sights, many busses nearby, easy to find for taxi service. 100 points from 100🤗

A great hotel, quite convenient in Hanoi, and most importantly, very clean with excellent service. The breakfast is Japanese style, giving the impression that it's a hotel catering to Japanese guests. Thumbs up! (Pictures show hotel food and surrounding environment)

Hotels in Hanoi are generally small, and this one came highly recommended, so I gave it a try. The Japanese-style breakfast was quite unique, and it was very convenient to get to the city center. The only downside is that it's a bit old.

The room was very clean, and the handsome guy at the front desk provided excellent service, even helping us call a taxi to the train station. The breakfast was a bit simple, a set menu.

Booked a standard room, but got a family room instead. The front desk service was attentive and professional. Breakfast was clean and delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Hanoi.

The room isn't huge, but it's very quiet, comparable to hotels rated 4 stars or higher. The location is excellent – central yet peaceful, making it convenient to get everywhere. The breakfast is great. It's a lovely Japanese-style hotel. I'd choose to stay here again on my next trip. While some of the facilities are a bit dated, my overall experience was very good.
