Sap Hotel by Connek in Hanoi

The location is very near to tourism attraction. Walking distance to lake. Near many shop and restaurant. The hospitality is very good. Even after checkout, the receptionist still very kind. The kamar is large too, and the facilities and amenities is complete for three stars hotel. The price is also reasonable. Thank you!

Best customer service of any hotel I've ever stayed in. This place is clean, the room service food is great, and staff is friendly. They even had conditioner in the rooms. Every detail is taken care of. Love this place.

I informed the hotel that it was my parent's anniversary and they upgraded them for our second stay after our tour. They also added towel arrangements for 2 swans, chocolates and rose petals. It was a super nice touch. They also provided some restaurant recommendations and helped us to reserve a table. Such friendly staff which made the stay memorable. Location is very close to Hoan Kiem and the night markets - note weekend sees extra street closures around the lake and plenty of family-friendly activities occur around the lake.

Most enjoyable hotel experience I've had in a very long time! The staff are incredibly (and effortlessly) helpful, polite and welcoming. Service I would expect from a hotel double the price. Location is ideal, price is extremely reasonable. They anticipate you're every need and help you with external services and no extra cost.
Can't fault it. Anybody coming to Hanoi Old Quarter, I would recommend in a heartbeat. A rare find perhaps...

Fantastic experience here at Essence Palace Hotel!

The location is phenomenal, step right out into the bustling Hanoi morning with street vendors outside and bikes whizzing past!
2 streets (less than a 5 minute walk) from the lake and so close to hundreds of places to eat. What more could you ask for.

Given the location our room was very quiet. I paid for an upgraded room so that we had a window and some extra space. The view was nothing to write home about but it is always nice to have a little bit of natural light coming in.
Everything in the room was very nice, comfortable bed, lots of space, nice sofa and the bathroom was very nice too.

We did not get breakfast any day so I cannot comment on this or the spa facilities.

What really makes this hotel is the staff. They are unbelievably friendly and helpful. Upon arrival they take you through a lot of information about the city, give you a thorough explanation of your room and make you feel very at home.
We spoke to Monica and let her know where we were going next and that we were really interested in the food in Vietnam. She dropped me a WhatsApp message later with some amazing recommendations for places to eat different foods. The places were mostly local and the food was as good as we had hoped! The help was very much appreciated as we really got to experience a lot in our 3 days in Vietnam!

A very nice hotel including a restaurant where I had Egg Benedict, fresh coffee and different other things to successfully start the day with. The service in the hotel was very good and the room was clean and very nice decorated with nice leaves of roses. A very beautiful way to welcome you and it was highly appreciated. I also had a massage, which was done very well and back pain relieving. I got additional hats as a farewell gift, which I will put on my wall. The lift is taking you safe up and down, avoiding the stairways after a days walk in Hanoi.

It is very clean and cozy. If I come back to Hanoi again I will visit again. The hotel staff is incredibly kind. I'm sorry I did not give them a lot of tips.

Fantastic hotel, well located right in the heart of the bustling old quarter yet with surprisingly quiet rooms. Rooms were spacious and immaculately clean with modern decor. Breakfast was great and dinner in the restaurant downstairs should not be missed! Most importantly, the staff were brilliant. The manager Steve (a.k.a. Buff) is a great guy and really looked after us and made sure our trip was as fun and enjoyable as possible. He speaks great English and helped us navigate a couple of non-hotel related incidents that cropped up. Where is the 6 star button?

In the heart of old Hanoi, this clean boutique hotel is perfect for a few day's visit. The staff is well -trained, attentive, and friendly. Many speak good English. And the restaurant is so much better than most other eateries in the Old Quarter. Highly recommend.
