Great service and super convenient location! Everything you need for food, drinks, and entertainment is right around the corner. My only tiny complaint is that the room rate is a bit pricey :), hoping the hotel can offer a discount. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time, haha.

There are so many hotels downtown, it took me a while to choose. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, just a block away. The staff are super nice! The rooftop pool is a bit small, but the view is amazing, you can see the whole Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast was fantastic, very exquisite, everything you could possibly want. My favorite was the Avocado smoothie. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit small because it's in the city center. Everything else was absolutely great!👍

I’m super picky and I live at hotels, so I have a strong baseline. The Oriental Jade Hotel is remarkably comfortable, calm and easy to enjoy. I’ve already scheduled my return.
Downsides are weak breakfast and you can hear everything through the doors. Upsides are location outside the packed old city and comfy quiet rooms.

This is THE benchmark for best service in a hotel. And not just for Hanoi, but for the world. Highly recommendable, you will not regret it! The location is excellent also, lots of restaurants and places to visit within walking distance of the hotel.

We upgraded from our original room to a connecting family room. The hotel boasts a great location, right next to a church and a lake, with various shops nearby. It's also conveniently close if you're looking to buy luxury goods. If you're staying in Hanoi, this is an excellent choice. The hotel staff's service attitude is very good.
Special shoutout to Eileen at the front desk! We enjoyed the Vietnamese drip coffee at breakfast and wanted to buy some, so we asked the hotel for assistance. She was incredibly helpful with our inquiry. Give this lady a raise, seriously! She's top-notch!

My family of three stayed at this hotel during the New Year's Day holiday and were extremely satisfied. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and the service was prompt (we requested an extra bed, an ice bucket, wine glasses, etc.). The location is superb, right in the heart of Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff were also very professional and enthusiastic. If I get the chance to visit Hanoi again, I will definitely choose this place.

A truly high standard hotel, excellent attentive service by the staff. Fresh delicous breakfast. Clean pool. Quiet. Comfortable bed! Perfect location. I recommend it!
The room is modern and clean. I stayed one night before it in the Intercontinental which is supposed to be the best, but it was so old worn dirty compared to this excellent hotel.
(Only NOTE: you need to book the most expensive rooms to have proper windows. I booked the second category room with windows, but it was small and in front of a wall).

The location is superb. While the room was a bit small, the excellent service more than made up for it. The charming street-side shops were also a delightful bonus.
