Absolute garbage, checked in took me to a room that had someone in it, then took me to another room and put me in there without a flatscreen TV. There’s a couple of good staff there that will smile. I left early but in the four days I was there hot water only worked on one of them. The pool was the best bit. no shower curtain in the tiny rooms. 9 o’clock at night they wouldn’t let me get a soft drink out of the fridge which was very accessible after walking up the steep hill that you’ve got to to get back there which is a workout the lack of giving a toss from most of them was really the real problem. management aren’t very good.

The hotel is small and charming, and the pool is good. It's cozy. But there are some downsides:

It's located on a hill, which makes walking difficult. It's problematic if you don't have transportation. Not suitable if you're traveling with small children or the elderly.

Rooms: We booked an upgraded double room. Everything would have been fine, except the panoramic window faces the road leading to the temple. It felt like sitting in an aquarium until we closed the curtains. There was also a strong smell of mold and dampness. The small window didn't allow for proper ventilation, and the smell lingered on our clothes and hair. We ended up having to leave early for another hotel. Despite the positives, we won't be returning.

We stayed at Tom Hill Boutique Resort & Spa with our family for 5 nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was tasty and varied, and we never had to wait in lines. The swimming pool was clean and well maintained, open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, so it was very convenient. The pizza and cocktails were absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One small note: the mountain view was not really what we expected, so we would recommend choosing an ocean view room or a villa instead. Overall, a great place for a relaxing family stay.

A nice, cozy hotel, about 1.5-2 km from the sea. The room was quite clean, and the bed and bedding were comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The only thing is that the room is a bit small, but that's not a problem.

We stayed from January 15th to the 23rd. We had two rooms booked, one with a sea view and the other overlooking the mountains and the road to the temple. We really loved the hotel.

First and foremost, the breakfasts were wonderful. So delicious! They had yogurt, nuts, raisins, cheese and cold cuts, sausages, potatoes with meat, fruit, soup, sweets, rice porridge made with water, and other dishes. We looked forward to eating every morning!

The pool is large and cleaned daily, with constant water circulation. We swam every day. The grounds are well-maintained and very beautiful.

In the evenings, we ordered food from the hotel. For our child, we got pumpkin puree soup with croutons, and our son enjoyed it immensely! Thanks to the chef!

The rooms matched the description; everything was in good condition, and there was always hot water. Housekeeping came every day.

I mentioned the downsides in my other review, so I won't repeat them here.

I really enjoyed the yoga sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays at 7:00 AM. A wonderful lady named Nu led them.

We experienced significant noise from the neighboring room, as guests frequently requested room service and staff were moving items such as towels from early morning, which made it very difficult to rest. The walls are very thin, so all noise was easily heard. Additionally, the elevator could not be called from the first floor, the air conditioning was not functioning, the TV did not work, and there was no management available to address these problems.

I liked the hotel; it had a beautiful pool with a magnificent view and good breakfasts. The cleanliness was on par with all hotels in Vietnam, so we didn't expect anything extraordinary.

The hotel is located on a hill, about a 10-minute walk to the main street. There are many cafes, a KingKong supermarket, and massage parlors nearby. The pool and hotel grounds are really great. Breakfast is good. On the downside, the room isn't very new, and the drain in the bathroom doesn't work well, so when you shower, water flows all the way to the bathroom door, making it damp and causing an odor in the room.
