Had a bungalow room by the pool. This is a lot nicer location than the other rooms.
The bed was good. I liked the bathroom behind and outside.
The breakfast was fresh and good but smaller selection.
Great pancakes, egg station bacon fresh bead ham vagables and jam and boiled eggs and more. I rented a scooter so easy to get around.
The staff said yes offcause to every request I had.

Wonderful cozy hotel. We rented a scooter, so getting around was easy, even though it's located a little bit up a hill. It's about a 15-minute walk to the sea, or 5 minutes by scooter. The breakfasts are delicious, the pool is cleaned every day, and room cleaning and towel changes are daily. You can also get fresh beach towels every day. I recommend this hotel! 👍

The hotel is great, not new, but very charming. Be careful with the pool, the tiles are a bit sharp, but we didn't get cut. The dogs nearby are calm :) We caught an amazing view from the balcony.

Staying at this hotel during Chinese New Year for just over 300 a night was an absolute steal! The only downside is its location down an alley a little off the main street. There's a wider path accessible by car and a narrower one for pedestrians, but it only takes a few minutes to walk out. The hotel breakfast is a satisfying buffet, and you can order pho and omelets. The watermelon juice was incredibly sweet. The room looked exactly like the pictures. It's about two kilometers to both the nearby Phu Quoc Night Market and King Kong supermarket. Because it's so close, we couldn't get a Grab, so we ended up walking for about half an hour. Once you walk out to the main street from the hotel, there are many restaurants and a famous Vietnamese banh mi shop. Buying one in the morning and eating it back at the hotel with breakfast was just perfect. It's not a luxury resort costing thousands, but it's a great option for a stay in the central area if you're out during the day and just coming back to sleep.

Found bugs and lizards inside the room.

Shower drain does not work properly, causing water to flood the bathroom floor.

West side rooms: expect loud rooster noise all night from multiple birds. 🐓

North and east side rooms: constant barking and howling from many street dogs at night. 🐕

Swimming pool was dirty and several tiles inside the pool were broken.

Decor is very old and outdated.

Walking to the main street can be uncomfortable:

Shortcut (turn right): you must pass many stray dogs. They did not bite, but it feels unsettling, especially at night.

Longer route (turn left): about 10 minutes extra walking, with fewer dogs.

We really liked this hotel. Our room was cleaned daily, and we received bottled water every day. The breakfasts were varied, offering eggs, omelets, pancakes, salads, meat, rice, yogurt, vegetables, fruits, coffee, tea, and juice. You could also make toast and there were various pastries. The hotel has beautiful and well-maintained grounds, with an interesting interior design. It's set back from the main street, so in the mornings, you can hear birds and roosters. If you walk from the main street to the hotel in the evenings, you might encounter dogs, as you'll pass by plots that aren't all residential or have owners. The hotel offers motorbike rentals and laundry services. The pool is cleaned daily, and the water gets nice and warm in the afternoon. There's quite a bit of noise transfer in the hotel, especially if someone is loud in the corridor or opens their balcony doors, as they are very massive wooden ones.

The hotel's exterior and breakfast were quite good. However, the room felt a bit dated, and the bathroom lighting was very dim.

The hotel is charming and cozy. We stayed in a bungalow, and the walk to the hotel through the dogs and construction turned out fine; the dogs were calm. It's about a 7-minute walk to the main road. The grounds are beautiful, with a garden of various fruit trees and other exotic plants. The local dogs and cats are not intrusive, everything blends in naturally. Breakfasts were good and varied. The only thing that disappointed me was the pool tiles – they were chipped and sharp in places; I saw our neighbors cut themselves. We were fine, though. Excellent daily cleaning in the room and around the property. Thanks :)

Cozy hotel. The location isn't ideal, but everything is within walking distance. Breakfasts are good, no frills, but tasty. They clean every day. The pool is quite large, but the sharp edges of the tiles are a bit concerning.
