Friendly staff, located at the beach and has a clean swimming pool. However they are renovating or expanding which causes a lot of noice, which you can hear both places

Comfortable beach and water. Mostly clear sea. Hotel situated in central part of village, but noise and crouwd are absent. No beach towels.

Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast if you’re a vegetarian. All over a nice place with minor set backs

Breakfast wasn't so good as expected and wifi worked slow but otherwise very quality place. Service level was good. This is a place very it's easy to stay.

Windy Bar has good view and decent enough drinks.

There are tennis court and clear pool with sunbeds and umbrellas at backyard, good but a bit expensive restaurant, very good location with plenty of caffes and bars around

Stayed here 4 nights, breakfast is ok the rooms are spotless and all at a good price, no hot water reported it but nothing done apart from a couple of small problems it’s ok, not sure if I would return to this hotel on my next trip

I have been there just only for a diving conference with padi association from Australia, intended for the diving centre's and operations. great allocation, near the main street in the island calls Boulevards street

Easy to rent a bike at the front desk which we drove around the island for a day. We had no problems whatsoever but obviously if you’re looking for a more luxurious stay, you’re not going to want to stay here

Came here for New Years 2020 (Dec 30-Jan2). The entire beach was booked up for beach front hotels so we had to resort to a hotel just off the beach. For all intents and purposes, Phu Van did the job

Basic 3 star rooms with a slight smell of mildew, hard beds, warm water, air conditioning. Good news is we spent little to no time in the actual hotel/room

Bonus - they have cute dogs and a 3 minute walk to the beach where you can find great restaurants

Super clean and quiet at night. I felt so relaxed! It's ideal place if you live and work in a big city. I liked the massage (tried different, Swedish is the best from my opinion) and the restaurant

ISABELLA resort is a GREAT resort! We had a pleasant time there, hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly, one day before our departure they offered us to take away breakfast in case we might have early flight (Thanks Juilia!) Hotel room is comfortable, shower is big with lots of light

My family had 4 rooms all of which were nice and clean. The desk staff were extremely helpful with any enquiries. Breakfast was a standard affair and the beach towels which we could borrow came in handy

It would be great if the resort could implement a system to limit bed reservations to, say, 2-3 hours, allowing guests to enjoy the beach, go for lunch, or get a massage, while ensuring everyone gets a fair chance at the beds

The location is perfect and the swimming pool was big and clean. The balcony in the ocean view room was amazing. Will stay here again when I come back❤️

I stayed at this hotel on my first day in Phu Quoc Island. After getting off the plane, I took the free bus No. 19 to Holiday sense station, which is near King Kong Supermarket. The hotel is about 1 km away on foot

Remember not to take a taxi, otherwise it will cost 200,000 NTD for such a short distance, which is very expensive. The hotel was nice for two nights. Many Russians stayed in this hotel for a long time

The hotel is worth its money, everything is green, well-kept, towels and bed linen are snow-white, the room itself is shabby, many cracks in the doors and windows. The pool is not bad, the sun loungers should be replaced

Lovely Hotel, we had a great stay for 5 days, staff always eager to help, super clean, real touch of luxury, and 100 metres to Main street and night market, we couldn't ask for a better location than this one.

The cleaning staff kept our room fresh and clean, the front desk ladies were full of great local advice and organized tickets to places on the island to see, and the owners invited us to join their Tet celebrations along with other other guests all like one big family

Super chilled , beautiful garden, on the beach. Booked it for two nights spent 15 nights in total. When there was a problem in our room like ac stopped working next day they gave the room a new AC . Can't complain

This time we selected a bungalow closest to the beach - right above it in fact :) the owners and staff greeted us warmly and made sure we were cared for perfectly throughout the entire one month stay

There is a swimming pool, breakfasts, 10-15 minutes walk to the sea. There are restaurants and cafes along the way, massage and spa. We booked for 5 nights, and in the end we decided to stay for another 13 nights
