The boss is very friendly! The hotel provides breakfast every day! It is the most special food in Vietnam!
There is no one to disturb us every day, it is very clean and quiet! Highly recommended!

Good property, however on arrival they started they didn't have our reservation, as system was "down" so they couldn't check us in. Mass confusion, and they put us in the hotel next door (not as nice by far), but said we could still have breakfast at this property and check in the next afternoon. Admittedly they upgraded us on the second night for one night, but still stressful and very inconvenient. Breakfast very good, and room was great.

Best Stay with the Best View Ever!
I had an amazing experience at Kim Boutique Hotel. The location is perfect—very close to popular attractions. The highlight was the incredible view from the balcony, where you can see the cable cars passing by and enjoy the nightly Kiss of the Sea fireworks show—no tickets needed! It felt like a private front-row seat to the best entertainment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and unforgettable views.

The hotel itself is located close to the cable car. The owner upgraded our room to another hotel location. The view and distance are closer to the cable car station. The breakfast is made to order and is very delicious. It also provides ticket sales and other services, which brings convenience.

The hotel is in Sunset Town! The sea view room can not only see the sea! You can see the fireworks show at night! The hotel is not big. There are few rooms and it is quiet! The service attitude of the staff is very good! Vietnamese and English are spoken here! Mobile phone translation is no problem for those who don’t speak the language! Come again next time! It is really a cost-effective island! The brother at the front desk will also help you take pictures. If you are traveling alone, you can ask him for help! They are all very enthusiastic! The hotel also gives cable car tickets! The brother will personally take you to the cable car meeting point! The consumption here is not high. A tip is equivalent to about RMB 10! Because the brother has a good service attitude. Tips are naturally given!

Stayed for the second time. Everything was great. Clean and tidy. The rooms are quite large, everything you need is in the room. Breakfasts are made to order, homemade, delicious. Friendly staff.
