The worst hotel I've ever seen. And the worst on the entire island. We booked a room with a balcony, but they put us in a completely filthy and cramped room without one. Judging by the thick layer of dust, this room had never been cleaned. When we asked the owner to clean, she refused, telling us that her rates were cheap and so we should be happy with what she offered.

With this attitude, we decided to leave, but they refused to refund our money. Moreover, the owner was extremely aggressive. Thanks to Toma, who helped us with compensation. It's a shame this hotel is still listed.
Besides all the downsides:
1. The hotel is located in a remote area, and a pack of wild dogs roams the area, making it dangerous to return in the evening.
2. The internet is extremely poor, especially in the rooms. It doesn't work at all.
3. The rooms don't have a proper desk where you can use your laptop. They've shoved a refrigerator in there. And the uncomfortable chairs are higher, making it impossible to sit properly at the table.
4. There's no lobby either. Instead, there's a bike rack. Right inside! So you'll be inhaling the smell of exhaust fumes. So, you'll literally be left with a garage littered with junk and a single dirty sofa. There's no garden, even though it's advertised. Just a couple of potty chairs at the entrance.
If you're traveling with laptops, you won't be able to work here. If you're visiting the sea, the hotel is as far away as possible.
The worst place. Furthermore, the owners are trying to push an additional service – bike rentals at a price three times higher than anywhere else.
Utterly disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of better hotels on the island for this price.

I wonder who these people are who write about regular cleaning when the rooms are so dirty it looks like they were last cleaned 10-20 years ago. I've never seen a dirtier room with a thick layer of dust. The owner thinks that if the hotel is budget, she's not obligated to clean. By the way, the hotel is deceiving guests in advance - they list a room with a balcony and advertise it, but in reality, there are only one or two with a balcony in the entire hotel, and the rest are cramped and uncomfortable, with a table you can't sit at properly. These rooms are only suitable for a quick night's sleep without unpacking. This is more of a capsule hotel than a guesthouse. The hotel also does NOT have a lobby. There's a dirty garage for bikes. It's impossible to work in this "hotel." The internet is very weak, and there is no work area. Remote workers and freelancers would be better off looking for a more convenient hostel. It will be more comfortable. The owner of the hotel is a cunning scammer. She doesn't refund the money. She's cunning and tries to push additional services, including scooter rentals, which are half the price on the next street. There's also a pack of large stray dogs roaming around the hotel entrance. They're quite aggressive. The blankets they give us don't have covers—they're dirty. We checked out almost immediately, but the scammer/owner refused to refund our money.
